Just use a little common sense, and scams are usually easily discovered. The people who let themselves be cheated are as guilty as the scammers, since they let themselves be enchanted by impossible promises.

I already rely on Google search and ICO evaluation to determine the probability of project fraud , although it will not be 100% correct, but it at least makes me the most likely to avoid fraud. If you are a novice, you can refer to my practice.

That is true. There are scam bounty campaigns and i also met several incidents like that. Further it is not easy to find a promising bounty campaign and i used to follow below mentioned procedure to identify the genuine bounty campaigns.

1) Use below mentioned websites to find the best bounty campaigns. These websites are publishing good ICO's and we can do that ICO's bounty campaigns.
    www.icobench.com
    www.icotracker.com
    www.icodrops.com
2) After selecting ICO's from the above sites normally i read all the whitepapers to get the clear idea.
3) Then i read their road map and team members as well
4) Follow all the social media channels and join the telegram groups to know the updates
5) Get the ideas from Cryptocurrency experts
6) Do only projects from good bounty managers.

Just follow these method to identify the genuine bounties. These days there is a good bounty called "Egretia" and it is the world’s first HTML5 blockchain engine and platform. Specially newbies also can do the Egretia signature campaign and can receive free tokens. Further they have several bounty campaigns like social media campaigns, reddit campaigns and blog/article campaign as well. For more information you can visit their bounty thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3316735 and if you like you also can do that bounty campaigns.

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it. I hope bounties will not be like this anymore because they demand and we did our part but they didn't do theirs. I hope you could answer my question.

For me, I usually observe the main page of the bounty, and google about it, particularly their products and services and pretty much everything about the company. From there, it helps me tell whether there is something fishy about it or not. I think it helps in being mindful about the scams out there.

There is no way for a participant to easily determine if the bounty campaign is a scam or not, you can always read the platform of the ico before joining in order to know if they do really have the serious project or not.

I used to attend campaigns according to bounty managers. But now he does not realize who is managing the campaign. Most of the projects are scam and we can not make money Sad

certainty regarding the ICO scam or not rarely known. might be better to look for references on websites that provide the ICO. There usually is a real scam and ICO that appears. but it is also not necessarily true and just be a reference information only.

Personally and basically, we cannot guarantee if the bounty is a scam or not. It is very difficult likely betting our luck. But, we can try to avoid the bounty indicated a scam. Commonly, we must learn the bounty come from certain ICO. Know the manager campaign, follow the community channel, research the concept of the ICO from the web or whitepaper, know well the team, and also check the tokens and its wallet.

Actually it is really hard to know if it is going to be a scam or not. But what I can suggest just always do a further research about that bounty and use a lot of references and don't stick on a single basis. Also always update on the bounty so that you will know what is happening.

I easily detect a scam bounty when a project that promised to awards $7.5million did not even raised $100k. They use the method to draw the attention of many bounty hunters. Smiley

there is no way to be sure a bounty is a scam you will only know when your partner is finished and they have not provided an exchanger of your bounty token.

Most of the bounty nowadays is scam, me too have been scammed before. It is really hard to know if the bounty is scam, all I do is I don't participate on a campaign that promises big bonus because most of them are scam and I joined on a campaign managed by trusted campaign manager.

Always before joining the bounty, need to check the team. Also need to follow the news about them and when you will be convinced about the good future of the future, then you can join them.

Nowadays there are many bounties scams the bounty hunters even though they raised a big amount but not hard cap.  This ICOs just like to have a free marketing work that is why we have to be very diligent and must do a reserched before joining any bounty.

It is difficult to know whether the bounty or an undertaking is a scam until the ico is wrap up. Indeed, even those individuals whom I consider a veteran in crypto can't anticipate if the undertaking is scam. They've been into crypto for a significant long time yet a portion of the venture they took part turned into a trick. So let us simply be more mindful of our cash, resources and speculation and recollect forget that hazard is inescapable in crypto world. Just always be careful and to look for other resources too

Researching and reviewing the team behind of the project are the ways for you to find out if the bounty campaign is scam or not. We can also base the trusted managers who hold the bounty campaigns for us to find out if the project is scam or promising ones.

In fact, to know that some ico scam before the end of fees and payments is almost impossible. Even those projects that have an impeccable reputation in the community sometimes do not pay the award.
