I already experienced a scam bounty campaign. At first I can't say it is a scam because it was a good project and the manager is a trusted manager, in fact it has a escrow fund already. But later on after the end of the campaign it turned out to be a scam because we did not received our tokens and their was no proper communication from the group on what was really happening.

We are not immune from fraud. But first of all pay attention to the team, idea of the project, the site ... after all, on bounty manager.

take a look at what they have as a team who are in it and the whitepaper that is provided. This has always been a consideration of many people in choosing the bounty because of banya a bounty once scam popping up to lately and also quite troubling because it takes up time and energy but not getting results.

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it. I hope bounties will not be like this anymore because they demand and we did our part but they didn't do theirs. I hope you could answer my question.
First I look at the team. Whether worked somewhere in crypto? How active community in the project? Is there a git hub? Actively whether the project is progressing online? These criteria are more applicable to the selection of ICO but with a bounty that works too.

I think for now you should always check the Team and see if they are real people. This for me is a big red flag if they are pretending to be people they aren't and also if they hide their identity for so called privacy reasons. I have been scammed int he past way too much not only in ICOS but by developers who never showed their face and got me to stupidly pay upfront for work they never did and they ran off with my funds. ALWAYS make sure there is a proper transparent team with a decent track record.

Actually it's not easy to know if the bounty is scam so i suggest just be careful of choosing bounty, if their are too convincing to participate to them then have doubt to it because they might be a scam, also before you participate study about it's propose project, also check all the detail about there bounty campaign even there member checked it, so that you might avoid being scam. Also its better if you have basic knowledge especially to those started in cryptocurrency and to those new to joined in campaign.

Try to check out the team , search for their linkedin profile or other social media accounts to know if they are real. Check also the details because some scam ICO only copies their details and logos.

A good project certainly has a good team structure and obviously, if the project does not have a clear team it is prone to fraud. then the rules that exist in the project must also be clear, and not messy

if you are deceived, you will still be deceived, you can not be 100 percent accreted that the bounty will be honest with you and pay you tokens for your work, you can protect yourself as much as possible from fraud if you study the project well in which you participate in

to warn yourself against scammers you need to study the project in which you want to participate, you need to study the site and white paper, find out as much information about the people who create this project, at the stage of bounty signature you need to sometimes ask the manager of the bounty to understand that the manager is working and he follows the process

The majority are scams, even if you do a lot of research you can end up getting burned.  Just try to verify all the people working on the project and if they can respond to all your detailed questions.

yes i agree with you at certain point it is really hard to tell if its scam or not so basically if you want to participate in a campaign you look for your own research and all the information of campaign projects. i think it helps and it is base on your judgement if you find it suspicious bettee not to continue and look for other campaign that holds a great projects.

You should look the team behind it. Also, if the campaign is being managed by some new member, it is a red flag.

to see that a bounty is potentially a scam or not is by looking at and analyzing white papers, teams, advisors and others on bounty products must be clear

You need to check the members of the team, advisors. And it's very important who is  bounty manager, it's good to participate in the bounty with a good manager with whom you already worked.

this is called the risk in a bounty campaign, do not you, I myself often megalami project scam, if not wrong there are 4 projrct a scam, which I follow, and it makes me give up, besides that also, to know a good project, I look at the ANN and website, then I read in the media about the bounty, you follow bounty not necessarily with the signature, with social media can also, if the signature is just one project you can follow, while social media and others, can all projects as long as you are able .

it's easy to find out if a bounty or ico project is a scam they can see or read on their whitepaper or their website if their project info is missing and especially its founder if it's not real or fake so be careful with the scams that's a bounty for not having the time and money that the coin sells for their sales

You can found out by following the page of their group, read the whitepaper, and active members. Once they fail on providing that details it means big chance scam project.

Today there are already many possibilities for verification: sites with a rating, you can see for yourself the persons who represent them, communicate with the manager and so on.
