Research stuffs including the people involved in the bounty and check their whitepaper. You can also visit ICOrating so you can check the rating of the bounty that you are joining and also you can have some feedback from people who also involved or joining on the articular ICO/bounty.

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it. I hope bounties will not be like this anymore because they demand and we did our part but they didn't do theirs. I hope you could answer my question.

Let bounty alone, even scam ICO itself doesn't seems like a scam at first. Always do your research first, never ask and follow other suggestion without DYOR.
luckily i haven't contributed in scam ICOS, but i feel sorry for the honest investors that have been scammed by some ICOs.

Before you start working together, you need to check the project, and once you join, you have to take risks.

It's not easy to check if it's a hoax, and I always keep a close eye on the wager spreadsheet to see if it's up to date.

This should come with experience, you often need to participate in different companies that would distinguish scams

At this time it is very difficult to understand the fraud or not. Even top managers can not always tell. But my opinion remains the same. You need to carefully study the team, the manager of the bounty, the purpose of the project and its idea. Well, in general, I believe that everything comes with experience.

I think that when you choose a bounty quest, you should first look carefully at its introduction, as well as the team members who are watching it carefully. You can analyze these aspects!

A good project certainly has a good team structure and obviously, if the project does not have a clear team it is prone to fraud. then the rules that exist in the project must also be clear, and not messy.

Look into the project team and the concept of the project. Their whitepaper matters a lot! Smiley

Yes, to determine whether it is a scam is not an easy thing to identify but to minimize the risk of involving a scam project then its good to explore the projects background, team and its purpose on the society by reading all its link in the line.

The best way to determine Bounty is worth following or not is to do some research before joining Bounty.
I think by looking closely at the concept of the project,
see the team's skeletons consist of professionals, and see whitepapers, and make sure the soft cap is achieved.
These are some ways to be considered in determining a quality Bounty.

Personally I find it very hard to identify whether a bounty is a scam or not. There are a lot of bounty campaigns out there and most of them looks like legit. You can only know for sure once you experience it. Maybe you can check the bounty manager. If the manager has already have some successful campaign in the past, most likely its legit. Smiley Smiley

Actually it is quite difficult to ensure that bounty is a scam or not, but the main thing we have to believe should attract every bounty participant for each project is his team, In any project that is considered successful and legitimate should have a very good team, but The next thing is paper The carefully written white communicates the true intent of the project. Then you can continue to see the project's hype. Because, scammers have generally created the best possible ICO project as other real good gifts.

I use these rules:
1. I read the white paper of the project.
2. I'm looking at the ratings.
I draw conclusions about this project.
And you're an expert as I look. But even those companies that have good reviews and a good team with advisors

It's easy to realize that. The project has no clear roadmap, superficial ideas and no information of the staff. If you want to find an example, look for the Impressio project. that's really a scam. Wink

I always check if the team are legit or not. Check if they are real people and not a dummy or invented name in Linkden. If those guy are a reputable people atleast you can see their names in Google when you search it specially their CEO. Then look at the project if it is worth to join and the Bounty allocation if its worth the time and effort.

certainty regarding the ICO scam or not rarely known. might be better to look for references on websites that provide the ICO. There usually is a real scam and ICO that appears. but it is also not necessarily true and just be a reference information only.

First of all know the team of the project, read white paper and rules. It is advised to spend your resources in highly reputable projects with professional teams
