This is because project like this needs a lot of works to do especially about the regulations needed for them to implement. This is surely can be a big changes the way the system works and probably a lot of money will be saved because using blockchain technology can saves a lot of time and effort.

Actually with rating at icobench, i think 4.4 score is the legit and believable number, because this is estimated from some ICO, crypto currency expert.

the project is aimed at covering almost all types of delivery. And in my opinion the team has raised a very high level for itself. I hope they took into account all the necessary aspects for the successful development of the project, because it will be really hard, as it will have to do a lot of work.
