i know adam nettlefold personally! He stole large amount of money from my family in aug/oct 2011!!! From our direct experience with him for the past year, i can assure you he's a con artist, pathological lier and the way he dealt with us he's just a plain sadist. You don't have to search any further to find anything about him, this is the truth that hopefully will keep everybody away from this person or his companies - askubu, ubudigital, mikojo, ikojo, etc. I'm sure he'll be wipping up some more soon. I live about an hour and a half away from Robina/Bundall just south of the border in NSW.

I'm waiting on my refund which I was told was processed on friday, if I don't receive my refund in the next couple of days I'll be actively pursuing it and will also be happy to help others if a local presence is required.  With or without the police, I don't care   It'll take a long time for the police to get onto it, there are quicker ways to get your money.

Wow! Ok that is officially it for us on this forum. We will not tolerate this kind of talk about us and going so far as to say we will end up in a "boot". Im sorry but you are wrong about us, who you think we are. We wish you all good luck and keep an eye out for our units. They deliver on December 9th 2013.

Ironically, that may prove to be the most honest statement from their camp. We may be proven wrong as to whom we think they are.

Personally I haven't paid these scammers a cent but thought they need to be reported. It would be best if someone who's actually paid them to lodge this complaint.

Based on what we are seeing, at least I can't say, "GET READY TO BUY" but more of "BE VERY CAREFUL & DO YOUR DILIGENCE" before commit to buy in on this pre-order.

One thing Andrew told me is he and his company are not concerned about this forum and the negativities showing up on Google Search as the possible scam because they have the units and they have a strong investors supporting it to include some Hero/Sr.member of this forum not being publicly making any comments on the forum about Payonix.

I sent a few e-mails to Andrews for over a week and I received 0 reply as of now.  I'll call them today and see where they are at with the demo on the 27th.

No answer at the phone number on the website.  The answering machine with non-human voice.  At least in the past, it was a real person's greeting but it's not anymore.
