Does anyone know anything about the "https://rvnstats.info/d/FQ04TKdiz/ravencoin-statistics-v1-2?refresh=1m&orgId=1" site?

It shows a huge amount of hash (appears fake from other sources) and big difficulty although again fake. Worked really bad in recent weeks.
the numbers are completely out of wack
If you are looking for accurate net hashrate / diff figures I suggest looking at "Pool" tab of your favorite yiimp pool, e.g. hashpump NO fee pool
Current Net Hashrate is 2.9Th/s diff is 47277k

Cheers, hashpumpmining.

I think RVN needs some 3rd party developments to make it more useful.   We can already create assets but there is little functionality currently once an asset it created.  Some type of smart contract system like with ETH or some type of exchange where people can list quantities of assets they wants to sell or buy would give us a nice push forward.

Yesterday I encountered strange problem with my windows client upon opening first message popped up that chain needs to be rebuilt. As expected it overwrote wallet.dat and having already backup didn't bring me any loss. Chain is very fast in 12 hours I downloaded whole chain again. Now the motive of this post was to see if others faced same issue or something went with network some maintenance type thing recently.

Raven doesn't need more developers. It needs to be advertised more. I understand they want to follow the way of bitcoin but bitcoin is unique. So far I don't see anything unique to raven, other than being asic resistant... ( which is not that unique at all btw)

If you aren't a unique project then it means you need ads.
If you don't want to pay for ads, then bring something unique to the table.

It is unique for not bringing anything unique, but also don't want to pay for advertisement.  Grin

Well, when you have like 80% of hash owned by FPGA's, that's what you get.

I pinched this from Twitter,
Thank you Bruce Fenton...

Project Raven / RVN / Ravencoin

This is a major and important post from Raven developer Tron Black. https://medium.com/@tronblack/ravencoin-tags-and-restricted-assets-84fe3070a226

This presents ideas for new asset types which can enable a more elegant & decentralized means of issuing digital securities tokens.

All without smart contracts on or chain whitelists!

“How did you go bankrupt?” Bill asked.

“Two ways,” Mike said. “Gradually and then suddenly.”

So let's talk mining for a bit.

Most of hashpower comes from FPGA cards, so you can try them.  Cheesy
