looking at the latest info, russia has legalized the crypto currency, and I am more and more convinced that eth will rise again and eth price increase is not a bubble which will fall back quickly, we can only be sure eth will become altcoin that can be used for investment in the future

No, Vitalik is not considering a cap on the supply of Eth. It was a meta joke on Aprils fool day. You have to be kidding yourself if you trust and take seriously such a huge announcement on the April fools day. But POS news on the other hand has the ability to take Eth to the moon.

It is clearly oversold. It has more potential to grow than bitcoin when the market recovers.

Absolutely. No reason why it cannot. The current bear market has cast many doubts on the future of Ethereum and many have lost their faith in it due to its unprecedented drop in value, but I am not one of them. I strongly believe that Ethereum is still in its infancy currently and that it has a long way to go. Once the market begins rallying again(Small rally happening currently), it will climb slowly back upwards towards the $1000 mark again and it might touch $2000 by the end of this year. The reason I am so confident that this will happen is due to the dedicated development team and huge community support.

Most of coins will grow, you will see it once this April gets a touch on the second week.
We are now seeing growth with coins in the market when April start and this will continue.
April-June is the best growth of token/coins value and one of that is ETH.
BTW! i bought 8 ETH at 395USD each, expecting to have 1200 USD each AT LEAST before the year ends.

In my own opinion, I believe that Eth has the capability and ability to perform better in the market. As of now if I'm not mistaken, it's look green in the market and it raise with 4.7% which means it's really starting to moving upwards again even it is slowly moving. It also performing good in this pass years of it's existence in the market that's why a lot of establishes,company and people are really giving trust to this system.  It will surely grow more and have it's long lasting existence in the market.

ETH currently at a very low price, BC is too overrated, ETH is more close to the market in my opinion, definitely gonna increase.
