Network Attack on XVG / VERGE

I have been a long time Verge supporter, and although I am disappointed at how this was handled, I will say:

(1) I believe this was an organization, not an individual, that made the attack
(2) I believe this attack is related to the deal of the century
(3) I believe the attack would not have occurred if the deal of the century were fake
(4) If the deal of the century still happens, you can be sure that whatever this big company is, they will go through the Verge code on every detail with their own developers and so any incompetency on the Verge team may be irrelevant

So, they (Verge & the deal-of-the-century) could still end up being a success despite this recent hiccup.

You know what type of projects even in out of crypto world using such phrases as "deal of the century", right? And I'm rather not talking about it was paid by the comunity and ICO.

you should check the fundamentals of this coin rather than thinking this coin is based in hype , its not even difficult if you just compare the price of verge on april 2017. And if you sold it this morning you are losing money already.

Thankfully I managed to avoid fundamentals of this coin on new year's eve  

If I bought something at 450 and sold at 900 I don't think it's losing money

btw good job with not updating explorer and announcing 45 min after announced block that you changed block number where will you fork. Just wondering why explorer wasn't working then?  

Couldn't you just pay someone to do the job in 20 min instead 2 days?
