The first page is about the first attack on Verge. The most recent attack doesn't seem to be the same thing.

Well, one attack should be enough for you to loose total confidence. You take a look at the way the developers/moderators doesn't take it seriously and tries to burry it. I'm not even going to go into details about the supposed "fix". I coin rated as high as Verge shouldn't have this sort of problems. As a minimum treat the person who found this with respect.. Had this been at NEM, OCMiner would have gotten a reward for bringing attention to the attack Edit: You actually highlight the problem very well with your one sentence. There should never have been a second (or third, or fourth) attack. Resources should have been used to fast and effectively stop the issue.

Funny how brand new accounts suddenly appears and backs Verge when disaster strikes (yet again). What a coincidence Toxic like Twitter, I usually avoid this, but this kind of attack and fud is a disgrace to the whole crypto community. Looking good https://umine.org/explorer/XVG

I'm a noob to Verge and came to this thread just to figure out what the fuck is going on. So far, I've read up on /r/cryptocurrency, /r/vergecurrency, and here, trying to figure this shit out. As someone who knows their shit when it comes to blockchain but is new to Verge itself, I haven't seen any evidence as to an attack actually happening. Can someone clear up the bullshit and lay out the evidence, and point to exactly why their evidence proves there's an attack going on or not? Thanks.
Yeah read the first page which was posted almost 2 months ago and listen to a guy called RUBBERDUCK59.. These sock puppets have no idea who they are supporting or what they are talking about. In short, there was an attack on verge two months ago and then about a week ago(which was way smaller than the first) and today the god of crypto "OCminer" decided to spread FUD again but probably didn't think it through. Verge has been patched and is running just fine and there is no attack.

No one has provided evidence that an attack today actually happened. I'm not investing in Verge regardless because of the previous attack, but my god, why do you feel the need to spew bullshit like this? No one is falling for it.

Major exchanges like Binance and Bittrex need to halt trading on Verge, if not outright de-list it. This shitcoin has been successfully attacked multiple times now. Stop enabling and enriching this attacker because it's clear they're not going to stop.
