That is not possible that bitcoin can be managed by a country. The bitcoin price is not controlled by any country.
A country, however, can encourage and develop technologies to support bitcoin, for example ATM, charities, public services... Which could be a cool idea. Those may benefit people who have coins and make more people invest in crypto.

managing a bitcoin is the same when you invest , so therfor you cant avoid any looses because there is always a risk on investing. you can only minimize the risk if you already understand the true concept of bitcoin. Most people especially newbies do always loos in investing because they didnt understand the way btc work . in thier minds they think they can always earn a profit and get rich quick if they buy and invest bitcoin but the opposite do actually happens. |
