That amount was already been long gone because the founders use it for the development and deployment of the platform. For now, according to their roadmap the team will works for the blockchain and smart contracts development (stage 1) and also there will be a blockchain testing.

Exactly 4.2m has already been used for development of the project and I certainly do not believe that they would've "lost" or "stolen" the amount. They have there identity public and it is just bizarre that many here think the money is stolen.
