If you're stress about your losses, just hold your coin even if it turns negative, why? because the market is so volatile just have the patience to hold your coins and wait for the right time to sell your coin. Just hold you coins dude if the value of your coins is falling down in the market, you will regret later if you panic sell and suddenly it recovers fast. I have divided my investment into 4 potential cryptocurrencies so losing a lot of money won't be a problem because I have spare coins. Just do not invest or do not focus on one coin instead distribute them so I won't be a problem in the future. Gain knowledge before investing because this will make you out of trouble, learn from your mistake and do it right.

the way to manage losses is either you cut your losses by sell your tokens, or you hold the tokens until it release the product.

I believe we can easily manage losses if you invested what you can afford to lose. But of course we would experience sleepless nights because of the losses. The best thing to do for such losses is to move on and stand up. We all have the time to apply the best strategy to prevent losses to happened.

Don`t panic when the market has started to fail once again,hold your tokens/coins which you are trapped in as of the moment and wait for the market to start recovering so that your losses will be much minimal compare to those people who did panic sell with these market crashes.I am not going to do stupid things if i were because you could lose everything if you did sell at loss.
