Why people are still holding their altcoincoin in this volatile market?
Do they really love their altcoin?
Are they waiting for the price goes up?
What is your reason for holding?
In such a market, one can only expect, believe and hope that the market will rise from its knees to its feet. What, you think it's time to drain the coins? Holding bitcoin and altcoin as investment because its very profitable if we see from early investor. For example i am holding them just for one reason that is going to have profit and collect it for my future. So thats the .ost reason i get. |

Altcoins are valotile and risky this makes there is a big potential to get profit.
Risky markets are always give more profit then non valotile markets.
Its similar to silver market but its more valotile.

Because they think that altcoin they buy has potential growth in the future. Or they either bought at high prices and did not want to sell at low prices, so they choose hold it.

Mostly because they have been caught in the old hodl paradigm that was good in bitcoin times but no longer. Now it is all about being on top of the market and the ICO opportunities to make cash.
HODLing is actually investing in a coin you have faith would appreciate sometime in the future and incidentally the prices of all coin went down in recent times, so it was an ample opportunity for people to stash their favorite altcoins and then wait for when the expected would come through and it does! There is no sense in saying HODLing ended with Bitcoin and it's now history, because must Bitcoin enthusiasts saw an opportunity when price dropped below $7000, now check the price today and see what you missed. Same goes for the established altcoins. Holding altcoin is not very bad choice because when hold bitcoin also we have chance to get loss so split with altcoin is never bad choice. In the second thing, we first believe into altcoin then we decide to invest and holding it to make our profit after buying. |

they may prefer to choose altcoin, and wait for the price to go up if they want to sell, the reason they hold altcoin for profit after the price rise.

They will not hold altcoin if the market is not volatile, volatile market is a chance to make a profit. For example, you buy eth $ 450 due to eth volatile price then eth can rise in price within a few days to the price of $ 500 or $ 600, that's profit? Do they really love their altcoin?
Before buying altcoin investors will do research on the coin, if appropriate and potentially they will buy it. Love for profit. Are they waiting for the price goes up?

My reasons for holding altcoins are several.
1. I have purchased altcoins in recent ico and want to see how thye will perform once the bear market is over.
2. I have obtained some altcoins in the recent market dip or increased my holdings, I think they have a better chance of increasing by multiples than Bitcoin does in the near term.
It is about risk v reward ratios and I think altcoins offer higher reward chances.

They are holding their alcoins because they want it to grow and also by holding some of your coins is a good investment for you .So you can hold it for a long time and sell it if its price is high.

there are many possibilities that people are holding. either they want to gain more income by simply holding their altcoin for a long time or maybe their coin maybe dumped and they wait until it pumps. |

People had a lot of altoquin, when bitcoin was in the price of 20 thousand dollars, they cost a lot, but they want a little more people, bitcoin fell and fell all with it, and now people just want to sell for the price that was and keep their coins!

People have different reasons for holding coins, but the common reason s to make something out of it, we dint buy them to make losses. Profit making is central to all and good altcoins will earn you good profits

In the crypto market,if you want to get more profit in Altcoin.The only option we had is to hold the brought altcoin as much time we can.As compared to bitcoin we get huge profit for the low investment in altcoin only.But you have to analysis the altcoin ,before keep your money in any altcoin.This is reason for people holding altcoin.
