Can't wait for this coin to fly away even for just 100 sats. That will place this coin on the top coins of marketcap. The world has gone wild on crypto currencies, any coin just jumps from the slump and became the forefront of crypto coins.

Problem with this coin is that you have to download a wallet from them before 1 March. I don't like to download crypto related things.

Use https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/api/GetMarketOrders/PAC_BTC to see the orders. Price and total values are the amounts on order, i.e. Sell":[{"TradePairId":1721,"Label":"PAC/BTC","Price":0.00000001,"Volume":1860934965.93317852,"Total":18.60934966},{"TradePairId":1721,"Label":"PAC/BTC","Price":0.00000002,"Volume":158587465172.64933599,"Total":3171.74930345} means sell orders of 18.6 BTC for 1 satoshi and 3171 BTC for 2 satoshi

Can someone help? I feel really stupid. The FAQ says:
Do I need to decrypt my wallet for staking ? Yes, go to help —> Console and type walletpassphrase yourpassphrase 999999
Does this mean to really type "yourpassphrase" or am I supposed to have a passphrase that I substitute in there? I don't remember making a passphrase.
If it helps, my getinfo says: { "version" : "v0.1.5.0-unk-beta", "protocolversion" : 60007, "walletversion" : 60000, "balance" : 15483336.45641200, "newmint" : 0.00000000, "stake" : 0.00000000, "blocks" : 2614342, "moneysupply" : 3429209221462.24902344, "connections" : 18, "proxy" : "", "ip" : "72.222.147.199", "difficulty" : 12734.84166331, "testnet" : false, "keypoololdest" : 1514881243, "keypoolsize" : 101, "paytxfee" : 0.00000000, "errors" : "" }
I just want to make sure I'm staking.

The Price is going Up the 3 dumpers who came here yesterday they wrote negative comments about the coin and they dumped the coin ((they pretended that they wanted to protect your money)) but they were dumping the coin to encourage you to sell the coin with a cheap price so they buy it with a low price and now they are buying it with a very low price simply The price is going up and it will reach 2 satoshi very soon stay tuned so the decision is to HOLD HOLD i invested in this coin and believe that this coin has a great future Target #1 -->> 2 satoshi very soon HOLD HOLD To The Moon.. .. ------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------ My PacCoin Address AwnKsbyAnemNGhC6w5MEsHZdidk7iQrNtn My BTC Address 1PWA4h9B378MX3Y3cBrkRmkL9sSedBBKYB My Dogecoin Address DJZmQcuPMbQuhan4ayUEdeKDnYY9FXavaJ And there are people who are still encouraging people to buy at 1 sat where I saw a wall of 500 BTC getting cleared in 1 hour. Stop bluffing guys. This is just a fucked up strategy here is another dumper, there are people like this one who are still encouraging people to sell at 1 sat with one goal to dump the coin and of course they want to pump another coin. Stop bluffing dumpers and go where you belong. -->> we invested in this coin and we believe in it. this coin is working very fine you can buy it, hold, transfer to your wallet. .. so every one use your mind don`t follow dumpers they want to steal your money they are buying now with a very cheap price haters, dumpers go have a life. stop writing negative comments If you will look at rich list; explorer you may get to know the real game. Take a snap of rich list today (top 10) and compare them tomorrow. Good day

I need your help. I think I can solve my problem here. I see that the technical team of the coin is here and active. In June of last year, I bought 10,000,000 PacCoin. I installed the wallet and before syncing I sent the address for the transfer. Only because of the delay I gave up synchronizing. But now I have synchronized and the currencies do not appear in my balance. Here it shows that they exist. http://www.paccoinexplorer.us:3001/address/AzumtdFFoutTLXk4ZJtoxr4SJ6n2kWBotp. But it does not appear on my balance. The wallet is correct. Can someone please help me review my coins? I believe that someone else may have gone through this problem and managed to solve it. Help me, I want my coins to be active until February 1st. Follows the TX Hash of Trading b5d9f984ed69871a178aa8be1e935f4282c5e79623c69fe384242e845006deff Please!

Modify your shortcut like so: "[path]/paccoin-qt.exe -rescan" This will cause your wallet to rescan the entire blockchain and should work.

If you want to use your wallet for staking, you will need to add the following command to your paccoin.conf file: staking=1 Also you will need to leave your wallet unlocked. If you already locked it, you will need to transfer your paccoins to another wallet that has not been locked.

Does anyone know how often you can stake with Paccoin? How old do the coins need to be once you have received a stake for the first time?

I want to congratulate the new Devs for their work with Paccoin. At first I was concerned that these guys had some nefarious purpose in mind, but I have to say they have won me over. They have done an incredible job with their marketing efforts, professional website design, and building a community. They have brought a lot of newbies to the coin, which I believe is the reason Paccoin has surged in value so far. So I just want to extend my congratulations to the New Devs! You know who you are.

"coin age" is the key. When you receive a coin, the coin age starts. As long as you don't spend it, the age continues. After 30 days your coin will begin attempting to stake. Once it stakes, the coin age for the new coins start all over. If you received coins each day, after 30 days your coins will begin staking daily. When you spend the coins, the coin age is reset for the new owner. I hope that helps!

I've seen this in other coins.

That last sentence is actually not correct according to PAC: you can do staking while your wallet is locked. I advise to keep your wallet locked for security reasons. In the PACcoin FAQ ( https://paccoin.net/faq) you can read about it. They say: "How to unlock the wallet for minting only? Go to Help > Open Debug Window and there type: walletpassphrase “your-password” 9999999 true Please notice that your password is the one you created when the wallet was encrypted."

For POS, any specific requirement for CPU?
All my PC miners only have Pentium G3220 dual-core CPU (3.0Ghz) and I can only assign one core for POS without interfering with mining other altcoins. I can invest an i3 if required
I recommend a multi-core cpu and plenty of ram. dual core may be fine, but I recommend more if you can get it. Over time you computer will get more and more bogged down as it stakes because each coin staked becomes two new coins. So to fix this problem move bigger chunks from one wallet to another from time to time.

Well Jaycee_nl thanks for the correction, however I would like to point out that the "9999999" is in seconds the wallet is to be unlocked. After that time the wallet will automatically lock and proof of stake will cease. If you want a wallet that continues to stake I suggest you follow my advice.
