For POS, any specific requirement for CPU?

All my PC miners only have Pentium G3220 dual-core CPU (3.0Ghz) and I can only assign one core for POS without interfering with mining other altcoins. I can invest an i3 if required

I recommend a multi-core cpu and plenty of ram. dual core may be fine, but I recommend more if you can get it.

Over time you computer will get more and more bogged down as it stakes because each coin staked becomes two new coins. So to fix this problem move bigger chunks from one wallet to another from time to time.

What is the annual rate (%) for POS minting?
I could not find the answer anywhere?
Cheesy

I estimate that 1000 paccoins should be worth 10,000 by year end. someone tell me what rate that is pls.

Based on calculation: that would be about 9,000 PAC staked over one year or 900% annual rate; at least for the first year.  Cheesy

Not bad if PAC price would never give up and would stay at 1 satoshi or above by the year end or beyond.
It might. I am the believer that popularity or the number of users or owners of a cryptocoin should be closely correlated with the real value which would be adjusted to show up in the ranking and market cap with time.  Cheesy

They have a pretty good blog but what are the rumors on the big announcement? It has to be more than just the upgraded wallet and coin swap news. Is there any possibility we could get a Bittrex listing in 2018?

Many of us had that problem. we had millions of worthless paccoins, then all of a sudden it was worth lots.

I guess the saying is true:  "All things come to he who waits..."

Everyone should let Bittrex know to add Paccoin. Its in the top 100 according to coinmarketcap.

What I dont understand is: what will be the advantage for early buyers like me after the coin redemption? I mean if this is only a 1000:1, and the value of a coin reach 0,04$ in place of 0,000004$, my earnings are still the same... The only advantage is that Pac will be more tradable with btc? But are we sure people will buy it at, for example, 0,04$?

I'm sure I miss something, but if someone can explain...

Read some earlier posts in this topic and read the updated website and the draft of the roadmap etc. Reading will let you learn all that you asked.

I also think paccoin has some utility. It can be used as a medium of exchange too. These should make it viable in the future

Some other coin allows to get POS reward even if you keep your PC off, like NEO/GAS.

So my question is if for some reason my PC gets offline, will I get POS reward?

Do I have to be online for 30 days in a go or consecutively, or 30 days of age of the coin is ok if it is untouched/not spent for 30 days?

There is no advantage for early birds.

Personally - I bought weeks ago, now I'm just waiting for that last little push to 3 SAT or beyond before the burn so I can sell my coins and buy from the exchange post burn.

EMC2 did a burn and look what happened to them. You never know what will happen with the value of a coin once the supply is tampered with.

I hope someone from core dev realizes how detrimental a burn would be to the original holders.

In the world - there is $60 trillion in total. I don't see how Pac with it's trillion supply would be unable to get to $0.01
