The investigation/Maintenance could take weeks if not months. If this is 51% attack, the exchanges will have some shortfall and this is network issue (under unusual loads of transactions.) Most of the PAC balances will not have the chance to move to a personal wallet to get the 7-9% monthly POS rewards unless withdrawal functionality resumed before February 1 (due to the requirement of 30 days of coin age to start POS.)

My question is, if the coin is in such high demand, why isn't anyone raising the price and making yourselves some money? You're just cheating yourselves keeping the price at 1 Sat.
Totally agree! The sellers should just cancel their sell orders. That will make the price go higher. They are acting not very smart because the price was double from the current price, exactly one week ago before Cryptopia crashed. But I have plenty of time That's right. And there are no buy walls because everyone's impatient and panicking and selling at 1 Sat. And people are constantly buying it and I mean continuously. If people cancel their 1 Sat sell orders and raise it to 2, they'll still buy it from you. I guarantee if they cancel the sell orders and raise it to 10 or even 20 Sats, they'll still buy, and you'll see those buy orders start filling in because it's in such high demand. They're still buying tons every second or fraction thereof. yes, i agree the coin is in high demand so everyone must raise the price and make yourselves some money. You're just cheating yourselves keeping the price at 1 Sat. yes, The sellers should just cancel their sell orders. I have set it to sell for 2 sats for the last 2 weeks, and its been sitting there.. no one's buying.

If 1 pac costs $0.0004, and if Y = 10,000 pacs, then the total cost is $4.
So, after redemption by 1000: 1, the equation is:
Y pacs / 1,000 = total price / 1,000 or, 10,000 pacs / 1,000 = $4 / 1,000 or, 10 pacs = $0.004 or, 1 pac = $0.0004
So the price/value per pac will be same.
10,000 PAC x (price of) $0.0004/PAC=$4 Value A 1:1000 reverse-split Changes 10,000 PAC to 10 $PAC (PACCASH) So, after the 1:1000 reverse-split, the adjusted price for 1 $PAC= $4/10$PAC= $0.4/$PAC vs $0.0004/PAC. oh, right, but still depends on demand for pac in the market.

I ve been SCAMMED 20 eur, with this coin in cryptopia. Many ppl say this is not a sacam, But the facts here are 2. Sell in cryptopia is not possible because os the BTC pair, too much orders selling at 1 sat. And 2, how convinent cryptopia!, wallet under maintenance, so i can not withdrawal to other exchange to sell my PAC. Once cryptopia will open DOGE pair or LTC pair with PAC, you will see how price is going to hell, the only reason, coin market cap is showing this price is becouse cryptopia is not alowing us to sell this coin, once cryptopia opens the pairs the price will drop to 0.

If you leave your coins there usually the exchanges will do the swap for you unless the exchanges specifically tell you to withdraw to do the swap yourself. See the quote below for the pros and cons. Have i missed out the boat? .....................................

It appears that the PAC team has sent a patch to all the exchanges that'll fix the deposit/withdrawel issues. You can find the info on their Reddit page. Hopefully the fix will restore any coins lost in transaction. Good going team! 👍

After further observation, here's my take on back so far. It appears that the Dev. team is trying to make the project succesfull and that they care about their members, as this latest transaction fix that was sent to the exchanges earlier today proves.
Sure, not many people liked the, quote on quote, livestream, which didn't leave a good first impression for many, but at the same time, this coins revival is still in it's infancy.
There is still room for improvement and I think that as time goes on, as long as development progresses and improvements are made, this coin will grow once again.
The community appears to be strong and supportive and there is good lines of communication between it's members and admins.
I think this coin might be worth investing some money in. But that's my opinion. Always do research because you are responsible for your own decisions.

The Dev team did a good job. For image issues, they did the job, too. This is much better by not making false promises or showing unrealistic roadmaps.

Publish a message from new developers :
"" Let me give some facts from the old original PACcoin - was a PACIFICA nation coin (which he launched as a joke): Bill Corliss is the old DEV of this coin. He paid somebody to develop it as he is not a developer. He sold off his share and left it to rot. MANY people were left with useless coins. He disappeared for several years and now suddenly resurfaces and wants us to believe he means well? The current DEV team came to terms with him to launch the new coin - he agreed and held the rights to the domains hostage via wanting BILLIONS of PAC. He was paid and he agreed to help and not impede the progress of PAC. Now he is back trying to take control and infuse confusion. I need to be transparent with the facts. I have all the emails as proof from him as well. Let's ignore him - the new coin is the future - not his crappy POS coin of old. Time to move on....... We tried to take the high-road with this guy - he wants to take the LOW road. SAD. Sorry for the sad news on this - we were hoping that this was taken care of. But we have to be 100% transparent.
Bill when you read this - I invite you to post your rebuttal publicly - and we can see what people think? ""
