You can also use dumpprivkey / importprivkey for backup private key via debug console.

What exactly does this do, please explain in details, as when its vague us non computer gurus have no clue unless its step by step to understand first time.

Tell me - if my coins on yobit remain - what will happen to them?

Nothing will happen to your coins! Just keep them on Yobit, they are safe. But don't move them as the current wallet (and blockchain) are broken! Wait until the new wallet is released.

Saul, you are only hurting yourself when you make stupid statements like this.

I am not saul mate! Seems that You turned crazy and paranoid...

Well then you are part of the "New Developers", you cannot trash a cryptocoin without causing damage to consumer confidence in all cryptocoins.

I am developer but I am not part of this project unfortunately, I would love seriously but it seems that the team is already full.
BTW I am looking for blockchain project if someone need a developer and want to hire me.

i deposited Paccoin on Yobit. His wallet is online and working. but my Paccoin didn't  arrive! the transaction is on Paccoin blockchain V1 but Yobit wallet does not work!!   Be aware.

I sent some paccoin to yobit also, and after about a week it finally arrived. I assumed this was due to their efforts at rebuilding the blockchain.
I sent some more this morning, and it hasn't arrived. I have submitted a ticket, so we'll see whats happens.

Bill

Yep, you can see Bill's old Paccoin did make it to Yobit today. Huge selling wall all day, Old Paccoin is dying, NEW PAC is King! X11 baby!! Paccoin.net is the Newer coin's website, join the movement before you're too late!

1.  We still can't move the PAC coin out of Cryptopia yet.  It's still under maintenance and restriction.  How can we move it to the OLD pac wallet?  New devteam is still planning to do the swap on Cryptopia?Huh

2.  As of today, we still don't see the instruction of where to download the NEW Pac wallet.  Please advise.

The month of January is ending.  Kindly help all members with the swap because everyone is nervous, scared and confused since we spent so much money to buy tens of millions of OLD PAC coin.

Hi, my coins are on the "old wallet" since end of december, what can I do at that moment, can I let them there and wait for redemption in march?

Another question I have is, when I'm on the main screen of the wallet, it shows "out of sync" just next to wallet, what does it mean? Do I have to let the wallet open 24/7 to sync automatically again?

My wallet is encrypted, can I let it encrypted until march?

Thx!

edit: the wallet shows "info: minting suspended due to locked wallet", what am I supposed to do? Sorry for all questions, but if someone can explain, would be great!

The redemption will not affect your coins. You have a choice to participate or not.
locking your wallet will not allow it to stake. You can either use their idea of unlocking it from time to time to stake, or simply make a new wallet and transfer you coins into it.
When you close your computer, your wallet will lose sync. You need to keep it running continuously if you don't want to lose sync. otherwise you can simply wait for it to get in sync before you try to transfer any funds.

yobit have some bad report in previous days. i have experience about this problem. they do not care about any wallet or coin upcoming swap. they stop withdrawal full. I show when asaf coin made a swap. I am sure this time yobit will do same issue. if they did same, then we are some guys will be finish. i have invested 40 btc on pac cash swap. but I can't sell even can't withdrawal them for swap. dev team should take necessary action now. other then we will be finish.

Been trying to get answers from the new team to no avail, looks like from what I can tell you are the creator of the current paccoin so I'll ask you this question. When this other paccoin comes out, what do you plan to do with this coin? Will it continue business as usual, or do you plan to somehow make the coins go away.? I'm reading that the current blockchain is broken, and the old wallet is broken, but I have the old wallet and the even older wallet (with the pacifica symbol) synced currently right now and see no issues including with balance. Please advise, TIA.

Although there may be one issue, which has come up lately, it doesn't "break" the blockchain. As you have noticed your wallet works perfectly. I would say it is my intention to keep the project going, which works in their interest, but they don't seem to "not want to be in control", so they're trashing it for now.
There is virtually no difference between the old wallet and the new wallet. Just the skin. Its the same wallet.
To address the problem above I am working on upgrade that disconnects misbehaving wallets.

hi guys,
can anybody advise, a have some Pac on Cryptopia, what will happen on February or March if I just leave them there. will I lose them?

Cryptopia will automatically redeem them for $PAC at the redemption rate in your behalf.
That is good to know, thank you. Cryptopia should put up a message stating this - it would save a lot of people from panicking.
