Today's Nascar race green flag is set for approx. 11:49 am PST.

Cloudbet takes it off the board at 11:00 am, 49 minutes early, the only book in the world to do so, because the PRE-RACE show begins at 11:00 AM.

Idiots.


EDIT - Green flag was at 11:33 am, not 11:49 as I stated above.

idk why they are so slow this time, last time i bet on US open and they graded my bets in 5 minutes...  so maybe they have system bugs, but never seen other guys complaint it here, you are too special.

I would stop betting with this account and go bet somewhere else meanwhile. That's what I did after they pulled back my winnings, twice. You could try opening a new account with them to see if that works.

Perhaps they did something, or something broke, and they cannot or will not solve it.
Keep emailing and pushing them to get your winnings meanwhile anyway, perhaps you're luckier than me.

I switched to Directbet.eu, whole different system and little getting used to but I love it now.

and i do not want to give my real name to a shady anonymous betting site that has no customer support more than 1 week


Cloudbet had 5 hours to settle my pending bets , but did nothing again.

Cloudbet has no more customer service.

Now i will register at all bookmaker forums (sbr and others) , facebook too and share this issue.

You know all the necesserly data.

You have to settle all pending bets, there is no need to contact to you.
You have to settle not only my bets but all those bets (from other customers)  that already ended.  

You are a bookmaker if a match ends then you have to settle the bets accordingly.  

What if i do not contact you via my registered email, you will never settle those pending bets?  Who are you? Are you a bookmaker?


Do not help me, do what is your job, settle all pending bets in your database which should have been settled more than 3 6 and 9 days.
