I just did a micro deposit .01 BTC...it went thru in under 2 mins but my larger one from yesterday remains uncredited....my theory on Cloudbet is a lot of the time don't have enough BTC in their "cold storage" to cover deposits...they have about 2 people who work for them and once the storage is replenished it takes a good 30 hours to catch up with the deposits...I say stay far away...they are on their way out of the industry.
Hi thecrimson16, The recent deposit delays we experienced were completely unrelated to cold storage, and unrelated to transaction size. Basically, what happened was our deposit processing queue got stuck so we had to restart it, manually roll back to re-process the latest blocks, and manually process deposits in some cases. The issue was identified and resolved, and we have implemented mechanisms to a) prevent the specific issue from recurring, b) alert us when the queue freezes, and c) automatically process deposits using a different mechanism if the queue freezes. All deposits go directly into cold storage - you will see that when you send funds that they do not immediately leave the bitcoin address you deposit to. Similarly, we have a dedicated payments team that ensure we always have a sufficient funds available in our hot wallets in the most responsible way possible. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can help with. Cheers, Cloudbet

Magicman, no response? I have heard about this issue at other books I think, where it puts in your bet like 3 times in a row. were they all placed at the same time? I assume you wanted 1 of the bets, right?

WARNING this site is apparently offering a "win 100 BTC challenge" but there is no way to enter as far as I know. It's on another thread. I always thought this site was legit but this is BS, you can't just throw up fake contests....another site used to do that and then ran away with the BTC.

Folks, this is just a publicity stunt. I know, maybe everything is just a publicity stunt, but this is nuts. First of all you have to be perfect...so what do you have, a 1 in a million shot?
Then, check this line out from the terms:
A minimum play-through requirement of 10X will apply to the winner’s account.
YES, you will need to wager 1000 BTC just to get out your 100 BTC. We all know that's not going to happen.
BOTTOM LINE: You can't win 100 BTC.
