Hi cloudbet,
I have a problem.
I wanted to withdraw 0.125 BTC to my wallet, but the transaction failed. Nothing appears in my wallet, and it is not added to my cloudbet balance.
What to do?

Yea email them!! They fixed mine in about 15 minutes..that was a record!! |

@Cloudbet, I like your site a lot, but the support seems really poor. I have been waiting for reply the past 12 hours.
A guy just posted before me, he hasn't heard back since 72 hrs(probably because of the weekend), but shouldnt you answer first thing in the Morning on Monday.

LOL i dont think so. And that 100btc will be nearly impossible to win. And if somebody by some miracle wins, they will be able to pay that out from all the bets on world cup  . |
