Dear CloudBet I have wait over a month now for your to give me any real support, you even closed my tickets without them being resolve, I am still waiting for you to fix my issues when will you respond? you said for me to give you sometime, I think a month+ is well enough time to handle my tickets "properly", You are leaving me no choice I will have to take matters to court now since you obviously do no care about your customers and you just rip them off (I have proof), since you have not fixed my issues please note my lawyer says the video proof/screen shot proof is all I will need to have my case made, I also have had heart damage and high blood pressure says my doctor, due to your lack of support and the issues I have and all the times I have been scammed.

Anyways if anyone else feels they have been cheated and there tickets are not getting resolved right, and you are from Canada pm for email, for class action lawsuit against cloudbet, If your slots have not paid take screen shots like I have, if you are playing black jack and your hand is redelt and you are about to win ( a little over 60 times ) please record it and send it to me, if your insurance fails on there secondary black jack table the one that has no support ticket please record and contact me (I had 5 insurance fails in a row), and most importantly if you are not getting any support and it is causing you high blood pressure and heart attacks get your doctors note and please contact me since cloudbet will not make things right for you my lawyer will.    Cool

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Unfortunately with all the upsets in the group stage we didn't have anyone make it past the second game of the knockout round.

I don't have any figures to hand regarding the biggest bets or the biggest winners on the World Cup, but I can tell you that over the weekend we had one punter hit a 75 BTC jackpot on one of our 3D slots, and another won a similar amount playing live Blackjack.

the problem was I could not buy insurance at your second table.......

and as for your time, saying you check the time and it does not match up with the slot does not make any sense, how do you know what timezone I am in from that screen shot, I legit played at that time, and took that screen shot when I did not win what I was suppose to win, I have no clue why you are ripping me off but I would appreciate if you actually made things right, I am obv raging on this forum for a reason.

It is againt their rules to have two accounts.

True, but I guess it is pretty hard for site owners to notice or prove it, if people use different IP register the two accounts.

I had a terrible experience playing Roullette on Cloudbet today. I had placed a 2 mbtc bet on 2 columns on the table, and suddenly it tshowed 0 balance in my account.
I immediately contacted the live support staff and the chat about the issue about 2 minutes before the spin, and told them about it(that I had bet only 2 mbtc). However they did not believe me, and the entire balance got deducted from my account.  I have sent the screenshots and the chat log to cloudbet support.
Can someone from their side pls fix the issue, and reply soon. I really did not expect this the first time I placed a bet today and want to see it get resolved.
Will keep you guys posted.

1. Ok I got a reply from the Cloudbet staff and they are doing nothing to help.
2. I had contacted the staff support much before the spin took place, and told them about the wrong bet sizing. Cloudbet said, I must have bet wrong(But this did not happen. I bet 2 chips, and as soon as it acccepted my bet, It took my entire balance). I Contacted the support much before the spin even happened.
Cloudbet claimed that I contacted the support much after the spin.

3. I asked Cloudbet the time the spin happened, and I have a picture showing that the time I contacted the support chart was much before this.

Can the Op say anything about this, I am not at all happy with the help you guys have been offering. I argued for almost an hour with the live support and now I am stuck arguing with the email support and waiting for their replies.

Keep us updated how this will resolve...
