Guys im still waiting for my withdrawal to be completed. Its been over 48 hours now and i didnt receive a respond via email or twitter.
Is this usual?

Another problem that i experienced today is that the winnings on casino roulette didnt count toward my balance, but all lost hands were deducted from my balance.
I spoke with the casino support but they said i should talk with my operator. I guess that would be cloudbet?

So, what happens to my withdrawal and with my casino winnings?

Same shit happened to me on blackjack a few times.. Once for sure on a 1 btc bet.... But it just took my 1 btc and told me to fuck off for my winnings.... wtf is wrong with this place???

Over the weekend we have been patching our servers to protect our systems from the recently discovered "Shell Shock" bash exploit.

A few hours ago, we began patching our payments systems. This has been deployed successfully and all our systems are back to normal.

The impact on users was that for a few hours on Sunday night, deposits were not processed immediately. These deposits will now be processed automatically. If you made a deposit in the past few hours that wasn't instantly credited to your account it will be credited in the next few minutes without any action.

We have made a primary commitment to user and system security and felt it important to implement these patches without delay. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
