I check all of that. Team, whitepaper, and many other. Because i don't want my effort in Bounty useless or my money on ICO useless because the projects are SCAM.

The first thing I check for is that the product of that new project is ready or not or in the developing phase if the product is ready then for me the project is good but if they are here without the product then I try to stay away from that ICO.

So the main factor which helps me to make a decision whether to invest or not is a projects team and advisers. I think that everyone knows so called Balina's effect. Another attribute is a projects hardcap, the lower the better. And the last point is a project's whitepaper.

1) purpose - when you take the name of the project quickly you should indentify its purpose example if you take name of ethereum - its use for smart contract. Civic - indentation, etc

Hi, when talking to the new ICO, I looking for the new solutions, new production, new user experiences...etc And the final point is the marketing strategy of their ICO. If the marketing is good, their token will to the moon!

When I look at the project for investment, for me the charisma of this project is important: its submission to the media, its team and the presentation of each team member, the idea, the detail and transparency of white paper, the beta version of the product or the already existing business, the formation of the white list.
