If you have a good knowledge of technical analysis, You can do day trading. If you are the beginner, I personally do not recommend day trading. You can buy some good coins hold them few months and sell them for profit.

I am not into trading , i think it works well for many but you need to spend a lot of time glued to the trading screen. I found that too taxing and spend more time reading and researching into crypto. So i am hodl most of the time.

because altcoins are pump and dumps and they are useless for anything other than that. this means they are best used in short term and for day trading during their pump and dump periods and nothing more. in long term most of them are going to be dead anyways.

in any case i do believe that anyone should be free to do anything they like. if you don't see eye to eye with what i said and think altcoins are good for long term holding then do that. it is always important to do what you think works best for you personally based on your own experience.

Do you realize how risky it is to invest your hard earned money into this market op? It is even more riskier to day trade in this extremely volatile market where any coin or token can shift in value at any point without any specific reason whatsoever. I know many people who lost tons of money trying to use this volatility to their advantage and ended up burning themselves at the end of the day.

Unless you are a trading guru with tons of experience, I do not recommend day trading at all. On the other hand, HODLING is much better in this scenario and anyone can try it out regardless of their trading experience.

Precisely altcoins is best for day trading we cant trade eth or btc within in one day . Altcoins has much cheaper price snd can be happen a wide gap in its price on market. So big gap will result in a big profit. Biy an instant and sell in instant without waiting for its pump.

altcoin is better for day trading because of its volatility it changes its value every minutes so thats why lots of trader invest in altcoin because they can earned from it immediately compare to hold it for a long period of time. Trading is a platform to get easy money when it comes to crypto currency and altcoin is very usefull in this kind of work.

in fact there are many differences of opinion and so does the plans of all members here. In essence, knowledge and experience are very important. I am a crypto trader, doing trading activities with bitcoin and other crypto. some of the altcoins I bought have been planned to be stored for a period of time. so it's not all the same.

Yup it's true but not valid for all Altcoins.you can do day trading with your ETH,XPR,LTC, these coins are good for day trading except ETH,you can hold ETH for long term trading as well.I am doing short term trading with these coins and earning considerable profit.there are some Altcoins which are undervalued and can be held for long term like ETH,ADA,EOS,DASH,WAVES,MIOTA.

Because altcoin is now green again so many people are selling altcoin today maybe this is a chance to get a little profit then some people choose trading today, if for myself sell altcoin only a few, because altcoin will experience more growth than this

Because you can not be sure of altcoins since in the basic coins.
And if you invest in little-known altcoins, then there is a high probability that in a day this coin will grow by 60% and the next day it will drop by 80%

altcoin development is very difficult to guess, sometimes the price becomes up and down. if you choose trading, maybe this is suitable for you. because trading chooses to get a quick profit compared to investment. if investing, maybe you will not make a sale, but you will keep it until the price according to your wishes. I personally choose to trade in altcoin, and invest bitcoin and eth. I hope my investment money is useful for my future.

Not all of them i have a friend holding altcoin for several months untill now.Its up to you my friend you can do what you want,you trade,sell or hold.Sometimes altcoin have no value for a long time to hold thats called shitcoins.

Some investor or holders of alts may contradict. Probably holders of some alts for today is the big funds investors. Like the other investors most especially that their investment is coming in many ICO or any exchanges. And i think most players in tradings today is one of thouse many investors that they see trading trend is the alternative way to recover their investment in short method.

I think for  newbie it is not preferrale because you need and a lot of expereince and also funds because if you do not know what you are doing you are just wasting time and money but altcoin can be used for daily trading

Trading and hodling is 2 sides to get profits. If you are a good trader, you always try to trade, not to hodl. Most of guys say that hodling is more profitable than trading, alts trading is a worst thing, experienced people hodl their coins.... blah blah. But It depends on what you are experienced in. For me, Im not a good trader. My only way to make profits by alts is collecting some coins/ investiong on icos ans hodling.

Well, of all this. the most important role is experience and knowledge. someone must decide to make a profit. if you are more interested in trading, you should seek knowledge and extensive understanding in it

Because traders has huge and instant profit tha hodlers which took so long for them to earn profits. Holding for me is only good for those solid coins like Ethereum and Bitcoin or those that are in top fifteen on coinmarketcap. One thing is that Altcoins are super cheap most especially tokens compared to those that are already exchanges like BCH, ETH, BTC, DASH etc. Though trading is much risky than holding as we only need to wait and keep our coins in a safe place within a couple of years when holding and that is an advantage. But what if you are doing both? Trading Altcoins and you hold your profit through Bitcoin or Ethereum? Isn't it a good combination?

It makes sense to day trade alts, but only for people with trading experience and mental acuity. Works for alts because of the sheer numbers and projects and their start up rates, where you can make quick profits.

altcoin prioritizes the quantity with the volume that can be divided into many altcoins with their respective concentrations and fluctuations, altcoin is always more attractive because it is so varied that potential losses can be minimized by focusing on some coins to be sold or purchased, this condition is very different from the running bitcoin homogeneously and better for long-term conditions.
