I'm still paying 0.00003 BTC for mining namecoins or you can accept namecoins. I will do so until merge mining.

Is there an updated windows build of namecoin avaliable anywhere? I can only find 3.21.91, no signs of 3.24.62 anywhere.

Davinci,
Thanks for all your efforts in the past few days.
BitcoinXpress said it himself, you mobilizing people was one of the main reasons he called off the attack !
Forking off the original chain showed people you were serious about your efforts, not that you were trying to destroy NameCoins
Since we only found 1 block I think it won't be a problem for the network to get back to the original chain
Good work !!!

Thanks for trying to cheer me up Brat but I am feeling kind of down in the dumps right now.

Best birthday present ever! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=44149Namecoin should make Davinci an Honorary Ambassador and spokesman. My decision to withdraw is due in no small part to Davinci.I would say my day turned positive!

Yes. Phew. Good to know I wrote a roundup of the 51% attack countermeasure: http://dot-bit.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=308&p=2003#p2003I'm really sorry. That this was a misunderstanding. It seemed you missed the point where we reverted to the original blockchain. I apologize if we didn't make it clear enough. It was neither my intention to lie at you nor was it my intention to lure you into mining the wrong blockchain. I really hope you understand that?! How much blocks did you loose? I'm willing to refund. Just let me know how much NMC that was.

Nodemaster and or Davinci,
When will merged mining commence now that the attack has been thwarted ?
Are we still waiting for block 19.200 or is it starting sooner (or do we still mine merged as a result of last nights actions)?

As Davincij also reverted the current merged mining start is still 19200. Perhaps Davincij won't mind to post a link to MasterPools stats site. There is a countdown. It should be acurate. But keep in mind that we live in weird time ATM

the luck of this pool is pretty good, considering the difficulty is 94k we have had a lot of blocks solved with a lot less shares. There have also been some long blocks though lol.

Is there something wrong with your delete worker button? It just sends me to a blank page.

I disabled it if you delete a worker with shares you do not get paid for those shares. Once I fix that problem delete will work again.

But you can still call it a jinx as we could not find a single block out of 7 found by others in that 18 hrs? That's bad even with LP off.

I disabled it if you delete a worker with shares you do not get paid for those shares. Once I fix that problem delete will work again. Add a column in SQL "markedForDeletion" and set that to 1 if they hit delete, then the worker will still exist till the next block, once the shares are all paid out you run another script to just go down the users and actually delete them then. In the meantime if they're marked 1 then you can just hide them with a filter on the SQL "WHERE markedForDeletion != 1"?
