Encountering and unintentionally participating in fraudulent ICOs are part of the learning process. You shouldn't give up on the first try. There are a lot of decent ICO projects out there. You don't just join one because you think it will pay well but also because you think the project would really contribute something good.

It was an unfortunate event that i was able to join an ICO campaign that was really not good in terms of their management. They are requiring to do the bounty hunters a KYC process as to help them identify the real bounty hunters. Well that is good though and i am confident that i am able to comply in the KYC process. However, a couple of months pass the team requires the bounty hunters to contribute with 0.1 eth and that time I was about to think why when in fact they will do KYC? So i think there is something fishy out there in their ICO and i quit joining bounty campaigns. I posted more than 200 post for them but sad to say my efforts had gone to nothing. I am afraid now to join ICO bounty campaign. Should i quit? Well anyway i found SONDER and this time i am sure that i have joined a good ICO having a live sales which sold million of tokens in their private sales. No question with the success we are almost reaching the soft cap and i am planning also to invest with them as the team told us that our contribution as eth increases so does our tokens. WOw i am really impressed with these ICO. The team are working hard and i am happy and great to be with these team. I finally found the one.
I think all Bounty Hunters have similar situations. Unfortunately, more and more projects are a scam but do not give up. Misfortune
give you some experience and eventually you will choose the best Bounty.

That's very unfortunate and I feel your disappointment, I am on my first campaign and have done a good research on this one I'm hoping I will be lucky in my first signature bounty campaign, but I am still looking for a guidelines and what to look for a good ICO so I will not suffer the same fate.

Your story of your bounty hunting is being experienced by many participants here and it is not good that ICO's tend to scam their bounty participants by either not paying them or manipulating the rules of the bounties so that they will be having problems complying with their new rules. Also the mention of your new bounty also makes it look like you are also advertising for them too. Do not give up mate.

I do not refuse to participate in the bounty, why give up a good job that can bring you money, do not worry, if you do not receive a reward, you need to participate in the bounty on and everything turned out.

Choosing a good project for investing or participating in a bounty campaign is really very difficult, but it is possible if you have experience and you can correctly analyze the information. Personally, I like to participate in charitable campaigns and participate in the development of the project.

This is common thing for a bounty hunters. You should not stop joining bounty campaign because there are still bounties that are worth joining for. However, there a lot of bounties that are scams but be wise in joining bounties. You can make a background research about the project and the objective of it.

It sounds like a scam project. Don't worry, there are still many other potential ICOs for you to join. Being scammed is one of the experiences that a bounty hunter must experience at least once. That's cost lesson for you, you should research carefully before joining any campaigns.

Just do bounty campaigns as a second income and make it just a hobby. So you won't be frustrated if ever there is something not good happening with it. Just be positive and study and research more so you can find good bounty campaigns.

Listen mate, there lot of bounty campaign here. Im sugesting you to chose wisely, try to join a campaign managed by some profesional and experienced manager such as Sylon, Needmoney, Blockeye, Hotachy. Also if the bounty campaign require you to do KYC just do it as long it worth to do, but if they ask you to pay, just dont. i mean 0.1 eth is not small money for some people right ? We help them advertise by posting here or do retweet and tweet at twitter also like and share at facebook.
I used to join some random campaign when i was junior member, but now i only join good campaign, yeah we will never know for sure if the project will be scam or succes in the future, but we can reduce the risk by only taking good campaign. So follow my advice and be wise mate. Good luck for your next campaign.
True, join bounty under trusted manager or search if the ICO project really worth our time and effort. Atleast if you're under trusted managers less worry cause you will be rewarded at the end that's for sure. Don't quit, go on and charge your experience as a lesson for your to be careful in joining bounty.

Definitely Yes I agree with you mate. Always look for a trusted bounty manager that are honest and will not waste our effort and time. There still a lot of bounty campaigns that really paid us bounty hunters. Quiting is not an option if you have experience a bad one campaign.  Try and try until you can know how to choose what are the best bounty campaigns.

I am totally agree with you. The key to the success of joining in bounty campaign is to choose a good bounty. If you do not know which campaign is better and which is not, you should read the announcement thread of the project and it is depends also how great the project manager handling their project.

I think if you are comfortable and love with a bounty campaign then you should not leave the bounty campaign. If you've ever experienced an ICO is not good then it is a valuable lesson for you to be able to choose the future of ICO potentially good. You must be careful in choosing the right ICO, do not rush in choosing ICO. You have to spend more time getting to know ICO so you do not join the wrong ICO because it just makes your time in vain.

Such things are often experienced by prize hunters, so before we follow the project ico is better we observe the roadmap and web project, and you should continue trying to mencara ico-ico good, you focus on signatur translation and articles. Because the bounty is very high prize

Its unfortunate but it usually happens in this industry unless we prevent it by checking first an ICO's legitimacy and validity before participating in it. Then the chances of being fooled by these fake ICO might lessen. Don't give up.
Its too early to lose hope and to get discourage from this.
there are other opportunities aside from what you just experienced.
Let this be a lesson and a reminder that we should do a lot of research and checking before we enter into something that we might regret in the future.

May you should, maybe you shouldnt, the market is an open platform with all sorts of happenings, the fact that that you might have had bad experience doesn't mean that they will always be like that, NO, there are better moments in the market, and some bounties pay really well, so before quitting, just try extra harder and be a little more patient with the on goings

Never lose your hope. Maybe you can come up with the bounties that do not pay you, some may be fake, but you can definitely find a bounty where you can make money. Be sure to investigate thoroughly before joining the bounty campaign.
