I am also very sad because now there are many crimes through ico, scam projects or the use of web pishing. whether there should be a system that regulates this crime or what's good, because this has resulted in many invesrtors do not believe in ico anymore.

We cannot guarantee that the ICO or programs that we participate are fake or failed or not. What we must do is analyzing the progress and the project. It will be meaningful to be able to differentiate the true coins and the fake one.

I agree, scam is everywhere. There are a lot of coins nowadays and so bad to know that some of them are used by scammers who wants an instant profit by an easy and smooth way. Absolutely true. Some people just form ICOs with the sole intention of duping people. Even with those that look really promising. These days, even a face video calling identification will not stop those with scam intentions from achieving their dreams. But most ICOs just abandon the project because they couldnt raise enough funds. They dont actually have a scam intention.
