I think it's very inhumane. Taking advantage of people's ignorance and then giving hope is finally disappointing. I really hate those who laugh to see other people lose their money and their chance to make a profit.

Scam projects are there but not all the unsuccessful projects are scam. Some unsuccessful projects result from the fact that the ICO was ran by inexperienced team who could not take the project to a full realization.

scammers will always exist and especially in a market as unregulated and as insecure as this one, so people who are entering this world should first inform themselves as much as possible before thinking about investing in any ICO, you always have to treat this issue very carefully, because we are talking about real money that you can lose very fast.

It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

If you're an investors then I suggest that really have to investigate their whitepaper, websites, the team, the bounty campaign, the product that they wanna make and their community. Hardly check every details of it so that you wont lose but also you need to note this. Invest what you can afford to lose.

Even investigating the project platform of a bounty programs but still we can't sure if they are a legit ICOs project because sometimes reading their project programs can encourage people to invest.

I hear a lot of people painting the cryptocurrency world black while not acknowledge when they see something good about the crypto. So when doing inviting or participating in bounty we should read the whitepaper very well.

scammers have continually been and continually will be, and there is nothing to be achieved approximately it, you want to learn how to recognize them. fortuitously, quickly there might be platforms in an effort to be able to apprehend wherein the scam is and where the ICO is status! and when the scammers will be less and the arena of cryptocurrency will develop a great deal better.

It should be noted that currently there are hundreds of ICOs, this opens up the possibility that many ICOs are scam so the first thing before we invest ICOs is to read in detail whitepapers and know their team.

This is really the world, so we can not do it unless we accept and learn from all our mistakes. This is a test especially for newbie here in crypto. Right now the newbie should guide them to be careful about them and not to be a victim of scam coins.

to determine a scam ico or not, it is quite difficult, but there is a way that I think is quite effective to avoid scam ico, that is see how big their community develops, for example the number of followers of social media that ico, and most importantly the number of members their telegram and how active that community.  maybe this can not yet 100% prevent ico scam, but at least it is very helpful

This year, in Japan, many encryption currencies to list on the exchange are born.
It is a method to notify sales by 1 satoshi and make it purchase.

In this method, coins with a total number of issued sheets are made so that operation is unusual.
By listing it on 1 subsati, even if there is no coin content, it is a method to let people who entertains gambling purchase.

This method is malignant, since it sells in large quantities, there is little risk and you get 100 to 300 BTC. After that, to use the obtained funds to manipulate the market, the beginner will be deceived.

As a result, Japanese beginners disappeared in the Japanese market.
The method of listing on 1 subsati can be said to be all SCAM, considering the future of encryption currency.
