I wonder why all ICOs want to raise $20mln above , it always give me concern that what are they using those money for and why are all looking at same range with different project , this show sign of scam and incompetent to proof the real of it project , even some go as far as leaving like 30% of the token to funder which to me look crazy.

It's true what you say is coin fraud which is now increasingly cryptocurrency. Even this phenomenon is no longer a problem because almost mushrooms are everywhere.
