We can't really stop this scammers creating fake ICOs, collecting all the invested money and leaving all the investors and those doing bounties. If you were to invest money or time and effort, do a background check first of the ICO. Read the white paper, engage in their telegram, and see whether the ICO has the potential to be successful. In the end, it's you're choice and must always double-think before deciding.

At the beginning, investors may still be paying interest as promised. But then, investors will be paid interest by the coin of the scammer. By not using any blockchain to encode, the creation of fraudulent scams is very easy and can generate countless coin intentions. By gathering the right amount of money, the scammer will shut down the system, hug the money and disappear, leaving investors fooled with a pile of counterfeit coins.

Scammers are everywhere, and the fact that they are now present in such a huge amount are involved in fraud projects, it is not surprising that punishment should be tightened and everything will be the norm

It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

I am so sad and disappointed for this kind of ability of a scammers. To avoid scams projects we have to take care in choosing, always read and make some research on what is good projects we want to participate, consider also those good developers check them.

I think we should be very careful and before invest in ICO one should atleast  consider these ten things
1.their legal aspects 2. Their reputation 3.The community surrounding the project 4. The list of advisors 5. The code 6. How they tend to spend the funds that will be raised 7. Road map 8. The terms of the ICO 9. The role of the token in the project 10. The management team

Well, it cannot hide the fact that scam coins are everywhere this is because of the current condition of the market causing a huge effect to the newly developed ICO in a blockchain. It will lead the ICO unable to reach the hardcap or softcap due to lack of fund.

For beginners, it is best to unite and join groups where there are professionals and experienced people and together select and participate in ICO or bounty campaigns.

yes it is so much in the ico that before that. there is no mercy for people who invest their money for the crypto. and the more it is here. they are trying hard to kill. nothing can be done when you are scam or hacked. many of my friends have scams already and have hacked accounts and have not recovered yet.

Indeed, there are now many ICO scams everywhere. Therefore you must be smarter in choosing the ICO that you want to follow. Maybe by looking at some of the trusted ICO rating websites, you will be more confident with the ICO.

Of course it's a pity that not experienced people try to make money, but people themselves should be just vigilant ...

Yes, of course we must be careful. before joining the ICO project, we must examine the project very carefully so as not to be harmed. In this term, we must be very careful to avoid fraud. However, fraud is very difficult to avoid.

I also feel sad because there are so many scammers nowadays.
It's not only for the beginners, people who have been in cryptocurrency for a long time may be disadvantaged by their bad behavior.
We have to learn from our experience, so we will not face the same problem in the future.

Yes, I see so many ICO scammers, and most of them use the Ethereum smart contract, perhaps because it's easy to make a token, and everyone can do it. All they do is just make a technical document, make a website and encourage from generosity. Its so sad for a cryptomower, and it makes me a little worried about buying from the ICO.

It was really disappointing to hear that many scam coins have been popping around i think there must be something to do about it people who are behind this fraud should be penalized or something that would deter them from doing scam or fraud projects

In order for a project to be scam, it is not necessary to just take the money and run away. When they do not keep their promises, or when they delay, the project becomes scam. And the shitcoins are taking their place in the graveyard Smiley

this is the biggest year of the scam ... where they are not responsible for their project ... after they get their money immediately disappear ... this really makes Bounty Hunter disappointed.
