Q: regarding the cold staking
Are you re-staking the whole CLO reward back? Cause I'm not sure if am I doing it correctly  Huh, I'm staking via https://wallet.callisto.network/
After the staking period is over, at 100%, I click on "Claim Reward" button, than I choose "Start Staking" again to put the whole amount back on staking

Q2: If I need to take the whole staked CLOs back, can I do it by clicking the "Withdraw" button?

If you don't believe it or don't get it, I don't have the time to try to convince you, sorry.

11 March, is the time and time zone of the ann known too?

Nothing official about the time of the announcement, but I have the feeling that Alejo likes to make his announcements after a cup of tea  Wink (maybe around 4PM UTC)

Q2: If I need to take the whole staked CLOs back, can I do it by clicking the "Withdraw" button?

A: Yes I do  Grin and personally, I prefer "Withdraw" and "Start staking", but yes you can do that, just be careful, because sending CLO to the Cold Staking during a round would reset your counter to zero.

A2: Indeed by clicking on the "Withdraw" button you get your CLO deposit + your reward, and if you want to send it back to the cold staking contract just click on "Start Staking".

I will than wait to reach again my 100% stake period and first "Withdraw" the whole amount and re-stake it again, cause if you take out only the staking reward you cannot "Withdraw" the rest (at least I got this issue)

If you don't believe it or don't get it, I don't have the time to try to convince you, sorry.

Very strange problem. If it really exists, it must be corrected. I, for example, had no such problems. What amounts in tokens are we talking about?

Stex is waiting for 200 confirmations before validating a transaction, I see you're transaction have more than 1300 confirmations now so your funds should be available.
If you still have not received your funds, you should contact their support:

=> https://app.stex.com/en/support

I will than wait to reach again my 100% stake period and first "Withdraw" the whole amount and re-stake it again, cause if you take out only the staking reward you cannot "Withdraw" the rest (at least I got this issue)

With the "Claim" function you claim your reward and you freeze your funds for a new 27-day period, so it's normal that you can't withdraw after you have made a claim  Wink

Here are the possibilities :

Start Staking: Send the selected amount of CLO to the Cold Staking contract and freeze it for 27 days.

When your stake period reached 100 % you can:

Claim: With this function you withdraw your reward and restart a new 27-day round with your initial deposit.

Withdraw: You will get your CLO deposit and your reward.

Tnx spatialiste
I got my answers now

Next time I will withdraw at 100%, and than, of course, re-stake it all IN  Cool
