Regarding the total token supply, how much of that will be reserved for the team?

15% of all OIO tokens will be reserved for the company. And I assume it's only the employs and they will probably have a vesting period, I would say around 2 years to prevent dumps. What they will do after that is anybody's guess.

For any serious project 2 years should me a minimum if you ask me.
