So I started the Nxt.zip and now it's since 10minutes the same always "Done"  "Saving blocks", when can I get my wallet lol?

It can take a little chunk of time to catch up on the block chain. Just let it go, and once it's all caught up, you can set up your wallet.

I ran into a few of those. Usually if I just let it sit for a few minutes, it would resolve itself. Otherwise I would restart Nxt via command-line, and that would resolve it.

Did you delete all your .nxt files before starting up?  They may have been corrupted. (Make a backup first)
