For me, I now resolved the problem. In my case the problem was that I had saved all versions in different folders and so it was creating new ".nxt" files.
I have copied the ".nxt" files from the 3.6 folder to 3.10 and now it seems to work. Only the "NRS" is a bit strange ...

Looks like 0.3.10 doesn't update web page until it downloads all block. Then everything work as usual.

Did you start from a fresh directory or with the previous .nxt files already downloaded.

Got error: "java.lang.NullPointerException"
Got this bug too in the browser. After some restarts of the server part it went away. The software apparently is still pretty raw and needs a few bugs squashed, but I like the concept. I don't need any additional software to run it if I don't want to install it, just need a browser and can login to any internet server that runs the server part - is that correct? Just purchased a few more NXTs at the exchange.

Why is block generation sometimes extremely slow (around 10 minutes)? I thought it should be one block per minute.

It's cool. Being a newbie here, just finding out all the details. I think this NXT has a good chance to beat a lot of 'traditional' crypto competition, maybe not the leaders, but can easily rank in top 5 cryptos pretty soon. Just need to make sure all the bugs are squashed and all the services (exchange, etc) behind it run smooth.

I see double-spending transactions in unconfirmed list. Relaunch ur client to "forget" them or u won't be able to mine a block.
I had those. Another bug? Not bug. Unimplemented functionality. Unconfirmed transactions not checked when they received as part of "getUnconfirmedTransactions" request. I'll fix the issue soon, maybe today.

the vps have had a nasty crash due to out of memory. Exception in thread "Thread-15" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread at java.lang.Thread.start0(Native Method) at java.lang.Thread.start(Thread.java:693) at Nxt$7.run(Unknown Source) There is no Nxt$7 in 0.3.10. What version is this?

BCNext wanted the "official" client to be called " Nxt Reference Software".

Now the client gets stuck (no new blocks etc.) and I get a java.lang.NullPointerException at start. Also, the webpage title is "NRS", not "NXT". Is this right? Or is this a fake client (I downloaded it from the link at http://nextcoin.org/index.php/topic,4.0.html) ? I didn't unlock my account as it seems strange. I thought my client was stuck too, but when I've logged out and back in, the block count increased. I really suggest pass tests on all platforms before releasing a new version. Now the value of Nxt increases more than 10x, it is no longer proper to release apparently buggy software handling large number of money. Usually I test new versions on my bootstrapping node. Always keep previous version to replace the new one if something wrong.

It's backup. If Nxt is not launched then overwrite *.nxt files with *.nxt.bak.
