Several days ago I ran Nxt on Pi, but it's very slow to sync the block chain.

Native linux client requiring less memory would be fine. If there's one, just announce it!

Set up my peer and its on 24170  https://173.214.190.135:7875/

whereas my PC is on 24209

hallmarked it with a different account of 100, although the 100 does not show up in the balance. It does show on blockchain explorer:

http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=3000&acc=6709235961249994096

I have restarted java on the vps. So should I just leave it and see if it catches up?

Its 4GB mem so I used the following command to start it: nohup java -jar start.jar &

could you please post your block file somewhere, so we can download from there, thanks!

I'm uploading a lot of important data now. Someone else should do that.

I love this. Thousands of little Raspberry Pis around the world running for NXT.

Me too. That would be a small technical revolution.

I gave this thought a few extra minutes and now I am sure that THIS WOULD BE TREMENDOUS!

We need this.

Looks like 4747512364439223888 uses some kind of recovery system. He is mining non-stop no matter what problems Nxt has.

@CfB
@All

Could someone can add some interface into alias.html, for example, to search the alias name associated with an account?

BTW, I get the following API related to alias name, but I don't know the exact format to call those APIs. Anyone who can add a page "api.html" into the client should be greatly appreciated.

assignAlias
getAlias
getAliasIds
getAliasURI

just figured out that kick out all node != 0.4.5 in "active peers" manually make sure to catch up the valid blocks.
make sure the majority of connected peer are at current NRS version.
can anybody agree this?
