All Nxt stakeholders are spokespersons, managers & ambassadors. Even the Nxter who own's just 1 Nxt.

is there a way to remove "The Matrix has you" from Jetty when accessed outside of localhost?
Wanted to show to a group of people what it looks like. And how does account get created etc, plus if I add a SSL ppl can use it to create accounts without bothering with downloading client. Talking about people that trust me and would like to have own accounts. I am tired of creating accounts for others haha plus hard to send them the password in a secure way
Put * into allowedUserHosts in web.xml. worked! do you know everything?!?! I gave it to friends to use it to generate accounts and the 1st guy that used it said: "Very stupid that it does not ask 2nd time for Passphrase." Unsure how we can make it ask to confirm, maybe if empty account we need to ask to confirm the passphrase?

[/font]39529] NEWSThe last chance to claim unclaimed coins is over. We have ~13M coins left and they'll be spent for rewards, bounties and development. Now we are running a reward program. I ask the community to post here links (with short description and link to BTT profile) to projects/persons that helped to promote Nxt. Only projects launched before the 3rd of Jan can apply. There will be several categories, BCNext will choose 3 best participants from each category. I'll contact project owners via BTT personal message to get Nxt account ids for reward payments. The 1st place will receive 50'000, 2nd - 30'000 and 3rd - 20'000 NXT. Categories: - Exchanges - Faucets - Giveaways - Utilities (blockchain explorer or http://nxtra.org/nodes/, for example) - Videos - Articles - Bug reports - Tech support - Public nodes deployment - Clients Please, mark project/person names with bold blue font. We r supposed to complete the list within 24 hours starting from now. I can help make videos about nxt. Let me know. This is Tai Zen aka Asian Prepper.

As of 2014-04-09 I no longer post as "Asian Prepper" and will post under my real name "Tai Zen" to eliminate confusion. Founder of www.PrisonOrFreedom.com | BTC: 19HHZ1yEimKUYVFM9TkXqd9xwM54jSFrmc | LTC: LTA99422wieqR1MfWeNxZU5xAsESE9MzW7 | NXT: 17225446755425423638

so crazy, over last week everyone calling their new coin second generation Shouldn't we call Nxt a 3rd 4th 5th generation currency? Just for marketing purposes?

it will always be the "Next" generation, so if others will use second, we will still be ahead of them as the next gen

How far away are we from the PC Client? In my humble opinion mass adoption will come when we have a good PC client and get listed on Cryptsy. Those two things will make it extremely simple for the general public to buy and manage their NXT balance.

btw there is a nice marketing idea for the conferences - to hand out cards with instructions how to get a Nxt account and also with a QR password (and without QR) to the account with 2 Nxt - they will use it to transfer 1 Nxt to their new account + maybe some VIP/Lottery cards with 10 Nxt accounts, so people can use them also for their friends/colleagues

I would print a faucet website address instead.

I think salsacz is right, "Nxt" is enough. Perhaps that's why BCNext used this name.
