I draw 2 conclusions: 1-they don't intend to launch it ! 2-they don't intend to reimbourse our money back ! How long shall we wait it ? SINE DIE ? Mean time I see only unverified advertisement !
I usked the team of Opthereum about your problem. Here is the unswer: The Optherium team has been in direct contact with you trying to find a solution for reimbursement. Our investor relations member, Alena Beck has answered every single one of your emails. Our C level member, Vadim Ivanenko has tried to reach you multiple times by phone over the last three days- You have not answered.
Our technical team is working hard to determine why you are having an error returning the OPEX tokens. Understandably, we can not issue investment refunds without receiving the OPEX tokens back first. Once the tokens are received, we will gladly issue the full refund of investment.
As we have stated in the emails, we ask you to be patient instead of sending us threats that you will spread lies and try to ruin our company’s reputation on forums. Our community knows that we are a legitimate company that respects and values our relationships with all investors. Your case is being prioritized.Your OPEX for me it is = 0 ; I have a full patience since 15 December 2018 ! Shall I cover all your network bugs ? NO, The people must know all of this.

There is an interesting. The forum is a good place to effect the team of many projects. Now we will wait for a post from SLVM about resolving the problem.
Nothing solved till now. Just got threaten mails from a unknown guy Vadim Ivanenko, that I must stop posting on the internet or they will go "to international court because I damage the deal of the company" ! And I'm really "scared" My opinion is that they can not manage a simple payment, or they don't want to reimbourse the OUT clients ! Both are deceptive. ps strange is that the guy try to contact me from a phone number from Ukraine !!! Perhaps you are contacted by a representative of a company that represents interests in Ukraine. But it's strange why he threatens, so there shouldn't be

Here only one investor does not want to wait and asks for his money back. I think that the best solution would be to give him his money, so this will not affect the reputation of the project.

In popular projects due to a large audience, scammers have more opportunities to cheat and this attracts them.
Controversial statement. In large groups of telegrams there are enough experienced people who can quickly recognize the fraudster and warn others. If the project is scam, then such people may not be in the project group. In this case, people will pay for their mistakes. Now is not 2017 when people invested in all the project without any checking the information. Now people invest more careful, they check all the resourses and not only advertisement. 2017 gave a big experience in investing. Since that time, much has changed, projects have become more qualitative, and investors have become more demanding. Now the necessary amounts are collected only really good projects. I think it is very good for the intrustry of blockchain that survives the best one.

It looks like it's just the machinations of competitors or scammers.

Crypto investors must be very patient. The situation can change in one year of may be more. But now more and more companies use blockchain or study how to use blockchain and blockhain opportunities. The demand in blockchan is growing.

Panic and hasty decisions are a bad adviser, for example, this story resembles a not entirely serious attitude on the part of the investor, first he invested money, then he changed his mind.

On the contrary. It seems that there are very few quality projects. It seems that almost all the projects that use ICO from the second half of 2018 to date are hammy or scam. In the second half of 2018 I saw a lot of projects with ready products or beta version of the products. It 2017 and fist half of 2018 the most projects was only with idea.

Yes, projects have finished products, but they cannot apply them in reality as the areas of activity to which they are directed are not ready for this

This is a good project to be paused just like that, so if the market will not get up this year, will this project be paused until the market condition really improves even if it happens in 2020, it's better to get it on, get it in exchange and let the market decide on it's fate.

All these "ready products" and "beta version of the products" in the end are no different from "only with idea". This hints at the essence of the crypto market as a whole. Unfortunately it is. Most finished products do not represent anything special.
