I think you should divide your capital into 3 parts, 30% to invest altcoin, 30% to invest in ICO and the rest you should keep in bitcoin. Yes i agree on your opinion we dont have any guarantee of turning back our investments. Ico investing is risky thing so we should make proper research but sometimes there are times that ico not reach hard cap because of many ico program promoting their goals.

Zilliqa was one I had may eye on since ICO and I kept putting it off. Fortunately for me on the March 18 flash sale I picked up some along with Dragonchain that day. Managed to grab it on the low of $0.035. should have bought more. I only bought a very small amount.
