Yes it is a time to invest in bitcoin as we see in past that the price of bitcoin was dropped so many people think that its an end of bitcoin but bitcoin rise as bitcoin is dropped again and i am pretty sure that it will come again to its original price giving you a profit of 800+$.

I think investing an ico is getting more risky gradually. But if you do good research about the new icos, maybe you can rise your chance to find a good one. For me, trading with top coins is better.

ICOs gives you the best ROI ,however, it is stil the riskiest form of investment since many ICOs are scams. It is like doing an economic decision because it needs a thorough analysis. and if you're a beginner I think you can use both bitcoin and altcoins. the advantage of altcoins is that they are less riskier than bitcoin and the advantage of bitcoin is that they invented this blockchain system. But both coins also have disadvantages such as bitcoin having an unstable price which makes it risky for the investor and altcoins are still trying to improve or develop so I think there are still some flaws in terms of investing.
