EDIT: I got it! It's something wrong with dogechain.info
it shows "60604 Blocks in chain" but my wallet shows 60820!

It finally appeared at dogechain.info .... but why dogechain.info still shows such outdated data?

how can I mine fastest?  CPU?  OR still with on board GPU?

but its still a few months before I go to college and maybe can save to buy my own comp

To mine it with a CPU or any onboard GPU is not going to worth the electricity.
A i7 4770k will give you about 100kh/s and and it takes like 100w.
At current difficulty and price, a i7 4770k will mine you about 1500doge/day after taking rejected shares and orphan block into account.
So 1500 doge worth about $0.9 at this moment. After electricity, you will have something like $0.5/day by mining with a 4770k.

And your computer is pretty much unusable when mining with the CPU.

 hi shibe, cpu mining is not profitable anymore in these days. Because there is a huge competition with gpu farms on network. see if you could buy a r9 280x which is for $300 or a 7950. They're good for mining
