will i see an increase in payout if switching from multipool.us with my ~4MH/s hardware?

I can't tell you yes or no for sure.  But here's the difference.  Multipool is a large pool with big whale-type miners.  You are competing for shares with guys that have like 150Mh/s setups.  On top of that, you are completing with 1000s of other miners all looking for the same coin.

They will find more blocks, but we will payout more because we have less miners competing for the coins and shares.

In the end, a medium sized pool will pay out slightly higher than a larger pool.  But because Dogecoin is a random type block from 1 to 1 million, it would be impossible to say one way or another from hour to hour which pool you would have more success with.  Still, statistically, assuming that the doge blocks will average 500000 coins a piece, a medium sized pool will perform better.  We will also have a larger variance for vardiff available to the miners since we are not processing as many shares and performance isn't a big issue between 1 and 3 GH/s with the servers we have.

I can't even log into dashboard (I'm trying every half hour, just to be sure not to overload server) it just show me that there's huge PPLNS calculation (alway showing 45-46 blocks) so I don't know if I'm mining something or not. Last payout was @ 21.00 (GMT+1).

This is the natural order of things. Those holding from much lower prices have to be allowed to sell. This bring the average price up for existing holder, that builds a foundation for the next upward move. There has to be sellers, let them be. The winners here will be the long term holders.

Probably just overloaded.  It happens.  However I've heard from multiple pool miners that their pools are up and down like a yoyo as one guy put it.  We've experienced a large influx of new miners because of this.  

Guys bigger is not better.  Spread the hash around.  Statistically, you should make more from a medium sized pool than a large pool just because there is less saturation, less problems, and our frontend is speedy as hell.  We can scale just as well even better than the biggest dogecoin pools.

For that to happen the price has to fall to 150 satoshi. Do you want to take the chance that it will fall that low so you can buy in? If yes by all means sell now and hope, if not then hold. You may find, like BTC ,those people that kept saying "i'll buy when it crashes again" never managed to buy back in and are now down hundreds of thousands.

At the end of the day it's all speculation and it's your coin. Study the market, look at previous trends across multiple different coins and make the best guess you can because in reality that's what we're all doing. It's an educated guess.

I am having problem too, I belive their server is totally overloaded, the worker count in the pool has increased with more than a factor 10 the last 48 hours.
I have a large payout pending, I hope they don't mess up.

I am considering to find another pool (even though dogehouse has been super stable and had good payouts), but that will help the pool.
