In terms of profitability, with such a low hash rate compared to the ATI guys I think the best strategy is to jump on any and every new scrypt coin as soon as its announced, and mine it for a week! No point doing LTC at this stage.

I'm mining at 60-70 hashes, share are increasing in the pool (http://doge.cryptopool.it) but not a single Dogecoin has showed up in account balance in last two hours, neither confirmed nor unconfirmerd. Is it normal? Will I be credited once I find a whole block?

...and yes I got about 2333 coins when I was mining with Cgminer at 7kh, last two hours I'm on Cudaminer.

that pool has only 1 MH , so it is not yet finding a lot of blocks , no block , no reward, no reward no coins, no coins ... no coins.

Cryptsy has been burned by taking on nearly every shit. Other exchanges will learn from this. I doubt copy paste coins have any future.
