At current difficulty, DOGE value needs to rise only to around 31 satoshis to make it the most profitable scrypt to mine.
In fact DOGE is still the most profitable in 14day cycle.

Unless something really big happens. We will not see 200 satoshis in short term. If all goes well for doge and demand slowly rises, then perhaps 100 satoshis after the 2nd cut in late april.

Yes, Doge is doing very well at the current rate.

But as soon as the rewards are cut in halve then supply will be reduced and demand should increase.  Plus you will continue to see new buyers in the market place. And more and more new mining hardware is being implemented along with new miners which makes it more competitive. 

Dogecoin is still going Viral.  No other coin has handled a flood of new coins in such a short period of time and held up as well as Doge.

If you planning on holding your doge for a year or more remove your sell orders as it becomes a total sellers market at this stage and you really don't know how high the price will go.

If the community keeps growing it I can only see things ending positvely.

It's mostly related to mining rates vs market capitalization. An enormous portion of DOGE's total coin is mined per day and making it to the market. BTW trade volume isn't universally a positive event. for example when people panic sell you get large trade volume. If you only buy stocks because of high trade volume you will end up buying some stocks that are crashing.
