When you advertise your pools, don't forget to mention the average hashrate ;-)

Good luck to the new pool operators

Bit pissed off heh. Id been doing so well day trading as the prices fell i got too greedy >(
Sold 2million at 27 and had a buy order in at 25 for about 8 hours before the rocket ship took off! Still got a fair chunk stashed away (7 Mil) but it upsets me Sad

Holding that BTC firm in the hope it tumbles back at some point, it surely cant sustain this growth for too long....can it....

Yes it can and it will because the difficulty is increasing, and miners who use 'auto-switching' mining pools are no longer mining & dumping it as it is no longer the most profitable coin....the trend will go all the way back to 100+ satoshis...

Is there a linux release available yet?

Is there a bounty for it?

If so I claim that bounty, compiled on ubuntu without UPNP.
Link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/ibbtnaijl6nyvlg/dogecoind

Am I available to claim the getmininginfo bounty to? It works, in linux Smiley

My doge address: D7gmfqhqN95fVsHab61hhMpFYa8wBoWnNg

Thanks

have similar issue. I sold about 2.5M DOGE for 26 planning to get them back before block reward halving (was tired to see constant long-term DOGE price falling down). Damn!

the good thing is - I can influence the currency rate - if I buy/hold - it drops, when I sell - it go up Cheesy

PS: waiting for offers in PM so I may keep you informed about my nearest step(s), thus you can prepare for changes Cheesy

I don't think it can.  this is a pump and dump.  watch the buy and sell orders. thousands of sell orders along with hundreds of small buy orders 1 satoshi higher than the going rate.  I think someone found a way to trick the autoselling multipools with well placed buy orders forcing the autosells to go up.  If someone wanted to buy a lot of doge they wouldn't be buying at higher prices and low volume they would put in 1 big order and get as many as they can.  there is no way we can sustain this level with near 50,000 more block until the reward halving.

hashcows and multipool are both still mining doge and with the price increase they are not going away anytime soon.

Why theres no release candidate for linux at dogecoin official site?

A ready to go linux version will get much more services since most servers run linux.
