I want to acknowledge that you were right about Lotto last night and I am angry I didn't buy in low! But I bought in at 44 today and am glad I did. I expect doge to follow the downward slop for a time but Lotto does seem to have some potential for a quick few hundred bucks.

I'll buy back into Doge when it drops down to 190-200 again and can hold that price for half a day or so with reasonable volume but with the absurd volatility it is too risky to hold should that bubble burst and we go back to 88-89 or worse.

Hell Catcoin went up over 70% the other day and we know how bad an investment that shit was! haha

yeah it is a bad investment:  the catcoin thread documents how they're manipulating their own coin.  

A few other fellows and I bought out the lower priced Catcoins. (There wasn't any substantial volume)....Just keep posting mindless shit there to give the illusion of a community and a real community should follow soon enough.

I am not liable if anything goes wrong, but this worked for me on Windows:
BACK UP YOUR WALLET.DAT FILE (to be extra safe I used the backup in the client, AND copy/pasted the wallet.dat into a different folder).

Close the DogeCoin wallet

Navigate to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DogeCoin and delete:
blk0001.bat
blkindex.bat

Restart the client. It should start syncing and since you just deleted the blockchain files it will take quite a while to catch up.

I mined a load of Dogecoin on that pool a good while back, but looks like the site has closed down? Is there anyway to get the coins I had on the site back?

The asshole running the pool vanished with all of our DOGE. There are a few people putting together a lawsuit, others trying to find out who he is, etc. Use the search for the pool address to find the threads.

I am not expecting that til July. That will put Doge at half the market cap of LTC. We have to wait for the snot-noses to go on summer break. It will be a huge boost like it was over winter break.

the issue here is diversity. Especially as to how it's applied to one brand of altcoin.
AORN, Lottocoin is tied to Cryptsy. Exclusively.
Even b4 u showed up, Dogecoin traders bitched about Cryptsy.
Get your Lottocoin on other trading sites.
[I personally use Vircurex. And Coinbase and Blockchain instead of Gox for my BTC's.]
