Well I'm saying that you can't really know that, but you can't rule out such a possibility. This is why one should hold a few of many altcoins (not all of the copy/scam ones). I keep a few million DOGE just in case.

I want to promote a bit of crypto currency , so the prize pool and the rental price of the festival was made to try to dial it exactly.

100 BTC volume isn't that much for DOGE. The 24 hour volume is often over 600 BTC and not too long ago we used to see 1,500+ BTC volume. (100 BTC in 2 hours would be ~1,200 in a day)

People are getting nervous, since the next big rally isn't happening fast enough.

I also think Dogevault being robbed put a big dent in Dogecoin's value.

Dogevault has already recovered most the funds. This will only strengthen people's trust as not every exchange/wallet service has done this after a hack.
Dogecoin will keep rising. Just give it time!

Doge (possibly) could go as low as 60, 50, even 40 and then rocket back over 200!
For now, we have extreme stability:

Perhaps, "Yes", based partly on the current BTC price (which is also very stable recently)  ... When BTC/USD rallies, then DOGE/BTC tends to usually go higher.
