Thanks for this. With this many new investors will be knowledgeable about this problem that ruined many investors lives in their bitcoin career, because I know many friends which invest into bitcoin that is scammed by hackers on their wallets. My resolution is that split your profit into different wallets so that you will have backups and lose only portions.

There are so many precautions in keeping an online wallet very safe. It is easier to keep a hardware wallet safer than an online one. I would therefore recommend hardware if everyone can afford it.

Always be alert on sharing your private keys, your the only one who should know about this, as they say hardware wallet should be used to keep safe.

Indeed there are lots of wallets to choose from online and offline wallet and it depends to us where we save our keys to be safe. Though I prefer to use offline wallets because there is a tendency that our waller will be hack online. Just be careful to whom you deal with and dont just click the ads that pops out from google or in some site because it is just a bait for us from the scammers to stole our btc. Be wise and careful all the time.

Do not click on links sent in emails.

Google ads had "poison ads" sent by hackers which resulted in $50,000,000 theft. Be careful of google advertisements

Keep your private keys as well as the transaction you have been doing you might send it to another double check if you enter the private address well sometimes private key is the problem a lot of the bitcoin users almost send their private keys.

The easiest and best way to protect your bitcoin from is hackers is to put it on wallet like online and hardware wallet. In addition, the best online wallet that you can are blockchain and coinbase where you can assure that your bitcoin is totally safe. Lastly, you can also use hardware wallet but there is something that you need to install to your computer.

Internet sites are filled with hackers and scammers, they can actually get everything from you just by knowing little bit of information. Bitcoin and any other cryptos is risky because of hackers as one of the reasons. They are hacking the coins of the victim and take it all. Securing your account and not letting anyone on the internet know even just a little bit of info about you might actually help and avoid getting hacked.

Hard wallets are the most secure and user-friendly way to store your bitcoins. They’re like little banks that fit into your pocket. Hardware wallets are small, portable, air-gapped devices that generate your private keys offline.

I really want to try to use hardware wallet, it seems to be very safe because you can keep it your bitcoin in Ledger USB wallet? but I want to ask, what if the ledger usb was lost stolen? how is my bitcoin next? will my bitcoin disappear? at the moment I'm still using online wallets that I add 2fa so it's very safe for now

There are lot of ways to secure your bitcoin to avoid it from hacker. The first thing that you need to do is put it in a wallet so that you can keep your bitcoin in a safe place and do not share your password to anybody. Lastly, it seems that many bitcoin users prefer to use hardware wallet to keep their bitcoin safe.

Yes, we need to secure our accounts to hackers. We need a wallet so that our money and bitcoin will be safe from hackers. I think we should have an online wallet and we make sure that no other people who knows our password exempt us. In that case out bitcoin and money are 100% secured.

It still looks funny to me that users don't know that bitcoin wallets can be vulnerable and that they need to protect it. And those new members must be alerted for them.Because they can't understand them cause of any step Btc maybe hack.So everyone is warned repeatedly.
