http://pool-backup.webchain.network was set up as backup, we will later decrease payout to very low WEB and close it in future. (this is temporary solution, new pool with no history)

we will bring up pool.webchain.network soon

we are being DDoSed pretty hard, but we will deal with it, don't worry.

Just to letting you know dev that I'm running new miner v2.6.2.0 win64 but still experiencing "duplicate share"  sometimes.  Wink

Hello! if you successfully updated webchain-miner to its 2.6.2.0 version, you are not having "duplicate share" issues, which in the past would have caused you a connection reset.

It might happen that you see the message while mining, but don't worry, it won't cause any effect.

Please, webchain-miner 2.6.2.0 win32

I have two pcs, one win64 and one win86. I can not format now

Keep in touch! We will be announcing it soon. Thanks for your question.

Join our new webchain mining pool!
We have zero fees for the rest of May.
After that we will have a tiny fee just for running costs.
We don't seek profit from this pool. Our goal is decentralization, so everyone who will hodl webchain will benefit. (including us).
Check us out: http://webchain.thetapool.com
Payout Scheme: DGM - A hybrid PPLNS method that maximizes profitability and gives more stable results.
FEE: 0% for the entire May
Unlike most pools, Thetapool is hosted in a top notch cluster of servers inside our VPS company. This means ZERO DOWNTIME
New Webdesign is in Developement, stay tuned for more.

Best Regards,
tsagas_lr

Unfortunately it seems down at the moment. Another DDoS on other webchain pool??

All pending balances on official pool are safe, we will switch on old pool (pool.webchain.network) tommorow and it will be hopefully protected even against very strong DDoS attacks.

higher difficulty just means less often payouts, you should earn same amount of coins on most difficulties

We also got hit HARD @ http://webchain.typemine.com/ , we do daily backups so have restored and all is good to go. No payments were lost or were late Smiley Further measures in place for DDos attacks. That was the most crazy network denial I have seen!

does anyone help me in setting solo mining.
please do tell how to do it using external miner not the wallet inbuilt one.

i.e. through RPC.

If anyone want some hashig power, I can offer you one of my extra miners with around 400 H/s capacity.
