if I think it might be
1. people are tired of Bitcoin which has always been the top and hopes there is a coin that can replace Bitcoin, and people want Ethereum to overcome Bitcoin.
2. according to people maybe what is worthy of being the top rank of cryptocurrency is Ethereum and not Bitcoin.
3. maybe people feel that the project from Ethereum is better than Bitcoin.
It depends on what side is using the coins more....Ethereum is not Bitcoin and there is one side that wants smart contracts -the other one wants regular transactions. |

Greed. People want everything at once. Bitcoin at this stage can not provide this, which is why they are looking for other projects that have such opportunities.

ICO's and sellers inside of marketplaces like to accept Ethereum so that is part of why they would use it over Bitcoin. |

This is special group of people who are mainly bounty hunters and some investors in eth based tokens. They just want their tokens to grow in the value thats it, there is nothing more to it.

Who wouldn't want to do X5 on their asset? I personally want NEO and ADA to overtake Ethereum. Of course I'm not sure that's possible, but I still have the right to wish.

I think because many people investing money on ethereum and because trqnsaction in ethereum is more faster than we transfer in Bitcoin. So i prefer on ethereum because ethereum is very potential to grow in the future, with good platfor and developer.

People always claims and wanted to overtake the eth to btc but as the usual it does not happen. Yes it shows more users also invest in eth for the profit that they can have. But let us face the situation eth will not overcome btc i dont think it will happen. |

People always claims and wanted to overtake the eth to btc but as the usual it does not happen. Yes it shows more users also invest in eth for the profit that they can have. But let us face the situation eth will not overcome btc i dont think it will happen. It is not happening soon because bitcoin is just so popular and the trading volume is very big compared to ETH and other altcoins combine. When people starts to accept bitcoin, that would only be the time for them to know that there is another option like ETH, in short, it's bitcoin who introduces us to the world. |

Maybe because ethereum is easier to use than bitcoin and ethereum prices are more affordable but investment still has good potential so I think that's one of the reasons why people want ethereum to exceed bitcoin
