A year ago it was possible to think so. But now, when every second project is a Scam, then transfer all the blame to the managers-stupid. Just need to be able to choose a bounty and a little rely on intuition

I agree with you. I often choose famous managers to participate in their campaigns. Although not all of their campaigns are successful, the scam rate will be much lower.
The higher the rank the most reliable and trustworthy the manager is. I usually join bounty campaign with a manager that is higher rank. There possibilities that the project will success because they manage it carefully and you have an assurance to them.

Look, Needmoney is a Legendary member here and also an old bounty manager, but he received negative trust recently because he managed many scams recently.

In most cases, we choose an experienced person to sift through the project, which avoids the participation of some false projects.

I think first of all you need to look at the project itself and its team. Bounty Manager should not play a major role when choosing a project. Because even if the Manager has the rank of Junior member, it does not mean that the project will be a failure. There are proven managers who are responsible and their projects have been successful, they can be trusted. But this is another case. And most importantly look at the project itself.

I think ranks here can mean more trust but doesn't mean a project will be a success.  I've seen hero member run failed project or mange failed project.  They can be trusted but success or failure isn't in there hands sometimes

A lot depends on a good Manager. After all, for him it is also earnings - and they choose projects on which they also earn. They also gain experience of choice - so an experienced Manager is worth his weight in gold

Even though bounty manager rank does not determine the success of the project ICO. But for me , it matters a lot when am choosing a bounty to participate , also the project itself must make a lot of sense and the team behind the project must have records to proof that they know what they are doing. I only picked bounty manager with a junior rank when i realized that the account was purposefully created for the project and the bounty is been managed by member of the project team.

the work would be incredible if done by specialists who have had involvement in their field. To be sure no certification without a doubt, yet in any event in the event that it expert will give the best outcomes. simply envision if another individual who handles, presumably effectively do exist yet in addition will most likely be a great deal of limitations on any of it.

Many of us have a spreadsheet or we have read many posts with the best known managers (most of them are Legendary users) and their new bounty campaigns, but the reality is that it is not about managers to be paid for the hard work we do because if the project does not get enough funds, Nobody receives their reward. Everything depends on the success of the project, that is clear.

As for managers, do you take into consideration the rank of the user who manages the campaign?
Because I've seen Sr members in campaigns promoted by Jr. Members, so I don't know if the level of user is a deadline between Trustful, Scam or Successfully  ICOs.

1 I need a good coin to support
2 I look for reputable bounty managers.

It would appear that the director level isn't excessively impact whether the task will be effective or not. In any case, there is here and there a task that falls flat or tricks acknowledged by the supervisor, however we can not accuse the chief since it is hard to distinguish whether the venture was fruitful or not.

The rank in General is a poor indicator.

There are several campaign managers with high ranks which have promoted scam non paying bounties regularly ,example,  Tokensuite team, they recently where tagged by moderators.
Also other high rank managers which where abusing their campaigns.

Reputable managers has the biggest potential of ICo success because they do their research and do everything not to promote scam. Like Sylon and Arteezy.

Clearly, great rank supervisor implies a fruitful crusade however at some point low rank chief additionally run effective battle. I know it's hard to confide in low rank administrator who is new in the business yet this doesn't mean his battle is trick. Best is to think about that venture precisely, escpecially ICO, whitepaper and guide. On the off chance that you take after these criteria, at that point you never met with trick.

We cannot judge the success or failure of an ICO campaign, only from the Manager rank. What's more important is how the Manager works. It would be better for the campaign manager if they not only get many bounty participants, but also get partners for the ICO project they are campaigning for.

I'm totally agree with you! i'm doing bounties from about 6-7 months and which ever i joined low manager rank bounty it always failed or scam. I never ever get bounty tokens from that bounties which is run by low rank manager. Where high rank managers are up-to-date, always reply and support. Even i get ever bounty token from high rank manager bounty.

For me that's one factor that I'm looking when finding a good bounty  that makes me confident in joining but of course reading white papers, road maps, researching and others are the best way to find a good and successful bounty.

I don't think so, because there are new managers (member ranking) who can make the campaign a success, so in my opinion the manager level doesn't affect everything.

This is not given. Though a bounty manager's rank would entail a greater possibility for success of an ICO. A manager with a good ICO portfolio gives credibility to a project's campaign giving bounty participants the better chance of earning rewards. Choose wisely folks!

It should not be decided on their level on the forum. A Person with Newbie status could have years of experience in managing online marketing .
